Pros:

Zum Geburtstag gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hotel. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Zur Frühstückszeit war es etwas chaotisch aufgrund einer größeren Reisegruppe. Einige haben sich ihren “Tagesproviant” eingesteckt.

Hotel je hezký, čistý, ale za mne natolik plný protikladů, že jsem z něho v celkovém souhrnu neměla
Pros:

Snad ještě nikdy jsem nebydlela v hotelu s tak rozporuplnými pocity. Hotel samotný při vstupu je moc příjemný, má velkou lobby, kde se dobře pracovalo, příjemné snídaně a tak nějak milý personál, který se snažil, ale jevilo se mi, že v tom, jak se co dělá sami tápali.

Cons:

Psala jsem předem, že chceme zaparkovat auto (byla to součást nabídky), když jsme přijeli, zjistili jsme, že hotelová místa jsou obsazená, ale ráno se jedno uvolní a můžeme tam zaparkovat. Tak jsme se ráno přišli zeptat a dozvěděli se, že to nejde, protože si místo musíme hlídat, když se uvolní, jinak tam zaparkuje někdo jiný.Wtf?? A takových rozporů bylo víc. Nejvíc mne zaskočil pokoj, který měl ve 2 poschodí výhled do zdi (dáno charakterem stavby) a pokoj tak paradoxně působil jako sklepní. Mám pocit, že už je dneska standardní, že hotelové chodby a prostor nějak voní, i to tady lehce nepříjemně chybělo.
V lobby jsem si sama ke stolku, kde jsem pracovala, odnášela od baru kávu. Nějak to nebylo ono.

El hotel, muy bien,,, pero hay una cosa pagas la estancia con Booking dónde se supone que pagas todo y luego al salir te piden un dinero por las tasas de la ciudad, no lo entiendo

A very pleasant hotel for city break in Prague
Pros:

Very friendly service, tasty breakfast with a good selection, great location (easy access by public transport), very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Slippers could be provided in the Superior room. The hairdryer was in the desk drawer, where I didn't think to look for it at first; it really ought to be in the bathroom.

Good hotel for sight seeing
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, the staff was super friendly and supportive, especially the staff at dinner. The hotel lobby was very nice. The rooms and bathroom were super clean. The location was good.

Cons:

The carpet in the room gives the hotel an "old" touch and does not fit the rest of the facilities.

מושלם, ממליצה מאוד

העובדים נחמדים ושירותיים, נותנים תשובה לכל שאלה ופתרון.
המעליות עובדות מצוין, החדרים מרווחים, עם חלון גדול לנוף היפה של העיר, אך עם וילון גדול שגם מכסה טוב את האור, מיטות וכריות מאוד נוחות. מנקים את החדר כל יום. יש מקרר קטן ונוח.
המלון ברחוב שקט אך יש 3 תחנות רכבת קלה קרובות במרחק של 2 דק הליכה שמובילות לכל מקום בעיר.
אחלנו בארוחת הבוקר רק יום אחד, ביום האחרון שלנו לפני הטיסה- היה טעים מאוד, נקי, עם מגוון גדול של אפשריות.

Cons:

התאורה בחדר מאוד חלשה, במהלך היום החלון מאיר מאוד טוב אז לא מרגישים בחור, אך בלילה היה חשוך והייתי יכולה להתאפר רק בשירותים

Hotel je velmi krásný, čistý a osobitý. Personál milý. Snídaně bohaté, chutné. Pokoje prostorné a dobře vybavené. Moc se nám líbilo v lobby, kde je možné si prohlédnout opravdu starší české časopisy z roku 1980 i starší..

Cons:

Potěšil by mě na recepci český pozdrav, i když chápu, že v hotelu je více zahraniční klientely. Do koupelny bych přidala i kondicionér na vlasy.
