Cons:

1. Von drei Aufzügen war einer ins Basement nicht im Betrieb. Der zweite Aufzug in alle Stockwerke funktionierte weder am Anreisetag noch am Abreisetag.
2. Free WLAN funktionierte gut, doch erforderte eine komplexe Anmeldeprozedur. Das kostet Zeit.
3. Das Frühstück gegen Bezahlung war, verglichen mit dem Hotel AMERICANA in Niagara Falls, sehr teuer undnicht so gut.

Better than expected great stay
Pros:

I had a 22 layover at Toronto airport and this provided me a place to stay and be safe and comfortable and to refresh before my next flight and the price was excellent

Cons:

I thought the buffet breakfast was high for his price over $30. I believe it should have been much less.

Pros:

Great shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. Julian from reception was especially helpful - I accidentally left my coat in the room on check out and contacted the hotel to keep it until I returned, they kept it for a good 5 days. Thank you very much! Reception staff were also very helpful in giving me some transport tips and quick sightseeing places in Downtown Toronto. Thanks!

As a side note - I did appreciate that the TV had a welcome sign with my name when I checked into the room.

Cons:

It was a short stay. Nothing to complain about.
