It was a bad experience, we had a problem and our problem hasnt solved.
Pros:

Place was clean, and all staff apart from the receptionist.

Cons:

01:00 AM in the morning someone knocked our door and they tried to enter in our room i had to push them out withouth knowing what was going on (thought we are been attacked apparently there were 2 drunk guys) i didnt go to reception same night (it was my fault) but next morning when i talk to the receptionist he told me you need to give me more information if it happens again let me know. (Do i have to wait to happening again before they take action? ) and receptionist was not very helpful at all. I suggested check the cameras and find out which number that people stay he told me cameras are private and they cant check. Also on our check-out they tried to charge us 2 beers we didnt drink. We have been asked 5 times if we are sure its not ours. This is a joke and the worse service from the receptionist i ve ever experienced. (Unfortunately i dont know their name - but they were 2 males) and we stayed 11-13 April in this hotel
