Everything, we even didn't arrive until 1am and the staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast staff was fabulous!

That it had a decent view and surroundings. It was quiet and convenient.

Everything! Clean, fresh, wonderful staff. Hotel is extremely well maintained and the staff was gracious and accommodating in every way.

Very clean hotel, except for 3 things we weren't happy with. Our room had a cigarette smell when we entered, the toilet was made for children or short people. Getting on and off was very difficult and now you are charging for Starbucks coffee in your lobby. The Homewood Suites we love and stay at here in Greece, New York has coffee all day and night free in their lobby. Fix the toilets and bring back free coffee!!

The rooms were very clean. The only problem I had was with the breakfast buffet. Supplies were in very limited quantities, particularly the fresh fruits. No dry cereals at all. Hope this issue is addressed in the future.

Friendly staff. Very nice Hotel with a full size refrigerator which was a nice touch. Cnt. Breakfast was great with different options every morning. Highly recommend staying here. Will stat here again in we come back to visit in the future

Loved the room. Great televisions room was clean. Front desk check in took the time to make sure we had fast attentive service.

“Sweet Sixteen Christmas in July Birthday Celebration”

My wife and I actually chose this location because of the great customer service that we received during our daughter's birthday sleepover in December (2 suites).

I contacted the General Manager (Fatima) in May about possibly hosting the event as there were other options available to us including our lodge (at no cost). After a brief conversation, I knew the Homewood Suites York, PA was the best choice! Fatima worked very closely with us to assure we had all our needs met to guarantee the event's success, which included the reservation of the Ballroom (tables, chairs, table cloths) and 10 guest suites. The event was a success with over 60 people in attendance! The professionalism, care, and attention given by front desk (Jacky)/hospitality staff before, during, and after the event was phenomenal! Special thanks also to the front desk staff that volunteered to take the group photo of our family before check-out!

It has also been decided that we will have this event again next year and will be honored if the Homewood Suites by Hilton York will again be our gracious host!

In closing, I want to personally thank Fatima Shabbir for her patience, guidance, and flexibility during the initial consultation, as well as, making herself (and staff) available to us for any logistical concerns leading to the event. She made me look like a “Rock Star” to my wife (and family), as my only responsibility was to secure the venue (lol). Thank you again for making me look good and turning our event into an unforgettable experience! WELL DONE

This was BY FAR the BEST property I’ve stayed at in awhile! I have NOTHING negative to say. Every staff member was friendly and smiling. Breakfast was outstanding, and the “happy hour” food and drinks was an incredible variety that was absolutely delicious and filling! I truly was blown away. The air conditioning in the room was able to blow super cold keeping me comfy all night. Room was amazingly clean, spacious and comfortable. I will 100% stay at this property every single visit I have to the area. There’s even other great amenities, such as an indoor pool and sport court, that I wasn’t able to use on this trip, but look forward to using in the future. Thank you to all who contributed to making this the best hotel experience I’ve had in years!

At checking in front desk very nice and outgoing. Rooms clean and whole property clean. Good Breakfast and pool very clean. Parking lots are very clean no garbage laying around and very bright at night
