Sehr ruhiges Hotel auf dem Burgberg!
Wir konnten nach 2 Nächten ins Panorama Zimmer umziehen! Ein sehr schönes Zimmer!!!
Everything was just perfect, thr facilities, the staff, all the services. I got really big support from the reception (special thanks to Istuani). Restaurant food was delicious :)
Perfect
Rustig gelegen hotel vlakbij bij Buda Castle klein stukje omhoog (mits niet te zware koffers ook nog goed te doen), heerlijk rustig om vooral 's avonds te vertoeven. Budapest Deli en metro makkelijk breikbaar. Attent personeel. Aanpalend restaurant Riso beviel ons ook erg goed (beide avonden gegeten).
Douche wat krap, maar niet onoverkomelijks van wat ik me kan herinneren.
Kivalo a szalloda elhelyezkedese, szep, tiszta volt a szoba. A recepcion Istvan nagyon kedves es segitokesz volt.
Nem volt ilyen.
-Most of the staff in the hotel treathed us very very nicely and respectfully.
That was one of the reason why I like this hotel. The staff handled every issue perfectly and almost instant.
-We also could ask the restaurant to serve our dinner in our room.
-The room not always got vacuumed properly and it was seen. Especially the dirt on the floor under the windows.
-I understand it's summer, but we couldn't properly enjoy the balcony because the ants came up from the cracks and at night when the weather was more chill, we couldn't even open the balcony door...
- The hot tub got overly heated up. I don't know why in the summer they let it get heated up to 37 °C.
- The mattress was really uncomfortable and would've been nice if it's an actual double bed not just two bed smashed together.
- We got the panorama room and it felt like the cleaning lady comes in so late. One day they didn't even come clean the room, we had to walk down and ask for clean towels. Even tho we gave them plenty of time to come clean because mostly we were out of the room and returned around 13:00-14:00.
- Also in the panorama room would've been nice if on the balcony we have something to give shade above the tables.
Výborná snídaně, do hotelu jezdím pravidelně a jsem velmi spokojený.
The room was perfect for my daughter and me. It had a main bedroom and a small bedroom off the side with a twin bed. As a single dad traveling with a daughter it is nice to have a place where she can feel safe and have a little privacy as well. The staff was nice and helpful. I speak only a little Hungarian but their English was very good.
ottimo Hotel
Imádom a Budai vár környékét, ez a szállás a legtökéletesebb, hogy néhány perc alatt a Mátyás templomot és a többi meseszép épületet megcsodáljam.
Már több alkalommal itt szálltam meg, pontosan azért, mert semmi kifogást nem találtam a szállással kapcsolatban.
A szálláson minden tetszett!!! Klíma , tisztaság,felszereltség ,környezet.Közvetlenül ott van az étterem ,ahol Istenben főznek
Olyan nem volt!!!
