Limpieza y ubicacion , moderno y nuevo.
El cobro de una penalizacion por reservar hotel por error unos minutos antes de las 24.00 para esa noche y no como parece evidente por hora de llegada anunciada 14.00 para el dia siguiente. Ellos dicen que es la ley o politica de booking y no de ellos .No tengo claro que sea asi.En todo caso a esa hora ya nadie iba a reservar.Perjuicio nulo y tampoco hicieron nada para resolver el problema esa misma noche.
Výborná poloha hotelu s vlastní restaurací a možností parkování v podzemní garáži. Velmi příjemný personál a celkem se nám pobyt v hotelu líbil.

Uzasna lokalita na hradnim vrchu, prostorne, ciste poloje, velmi prakticke. Vynikajici snidane a vecerni atmosfera v restauraci velmi prijemna
Lage super mit Tiefgarage. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt. Direkt dran ist ein sehr guter Restaurant.
Einrichtung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, Teppichböden fleckig. Frühstück ist zwar vielfältig, aber es gibt nur eine junge Frau, die trotz aller Bemühungen nicht hinterher kommt alles aufzufüllen, abzuräumen etc. Sie tat uns leid, vor allem weil an einem Tag zwei weitere junge Frauen hinter dem Tresen standen, aber anstatt ihr zu helfen, haben sie sich ein Eiskaffee gemacht und haben sich draußen zum rauchen und plaudern hingesetzt. Eine Person ist für so viele Gäste definitiv zu wenig.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during Sziget festival and couldn‘t have been more happy with our choice. The room was clean and got everything we needed. The next train station to the festival was only a short walk away. The parking garage was a big plus for us and we could also leave the car there after check-out while we went to explore the city a bit. I also want to mention and thank Mr. Gabor at the reception, he was very nice and helpful!
