Great location and staff. Rooms outdated and could’ve been cleaner.

Disappointed on all accounts. Location good. Breakfasts acceptable.

Location alone. Breakfast not bad.

Cons:

Everything should have been better. An old building that would be more of a country B&B but not a hotel particularly a 4☆ hotel. Extremely disappointed for 207.5 euros / night.

Hotel à la décoration du Venise ancien, très bien placé.
Pros:

très bien placé, l'hôtel est au coeur des beaux quartiers de Venise. à 2 minutes des navettes fluviales.

Cons:

décoration rococo un peu à l'ancienne. je sais que cela correspond au charme du Venise à l'ancienne mais un peu sombre.

Good location, aircon was good, rooms were given fresh towels daily.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor quality and limited choice, had a few gluten free options also. Room was comfortable but needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom.
