Nagrzany pokój i niedziałająca klima, której nie da się ustawić, bo jest sterowana centralnie z recepcji. Gdy poprosiłem o ustawienie na 24 stopnie, to po 8 godzinach klima schłodziła pokój do 27 stopni, pod warunkiem nie otwierania łazienki! W łazience temperatura przekraczała 35 stopni...
Potwornie zniszczona i pobrudzona wykładzina podłogowa podkreślała wartość historyczna obiektu...

Espectacular, una estancia maravillosa para un viaje increíble.
Pros:

La calidad humana, todos fueron amables, colaboradores, con paciencia y siempre encontrabas una sonrisa a la hora que entrabas al hotel, la ubicación es excepcional y las instalaciones una pasada, no me imagine nunca que hubiera una joya así en el centro. Enhorabuena por lograr que todo fuera perfecto, sin duda volvería al mismo hotel. Tambien destacar que en plena ola de calor es el mejor aire acondicionado de toda Venecia. Gracias de corazón.

Lovely Venetian hotel in the heart of Venice
Pros:

Perfect location 2 mins from a vaparetto stop St Marks square etc. All the staff were super friendly. Excellent breakfast. Lovely old style Venetian room with modern bathroom. Nothing not to like!

Przepyszne obfite Śniadania, nie tylko słodkie, czego się obawialiśmy. Miła obsługa, codzienne sprzątanie, super lokalizacja, dosłownie 3 minuty od San Marco. Ładny widok na miasto ale to zależy od pokoju.

Cons:

Pokój na 5 piętrze - są tam dość strome schody.

La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca de la Plaza San Marco. Alrededor del hotel hay muchas tiendas de lujo. El trato recibido por el personal de recepción es excelente. Saben hablar español y son muy atentos y amables. Te ayudan con todas las dudas que tengas para visitar Venecia. Un trato excelente!!! Nos alojamos en la habitación 560, es bastante amplia y con una terraza en la azotea del hotel, con unas vistas muy bonitas. La cama era muy cómoda. Las sabanas y toallas impecables. La decoración es muy romántica. Estilo Veneciano. El desayuno es correcto.

La moqueta de la habitación. Es bastante antigua y está deteriorada.
