The support staff—housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, were ALL very polite and respectful!
Very quiet—a definite need with reason for being in the city. It was ideal location! I will definitely be staying here again!!!
Breakfast was poor. Eggs were good. No danish, cheap quality mini muffins (terrible), juice was good, coffee was good, creamers—need more of a variety—hazelnut was all you had, fruit variety was good, but bananas were green, apples were wrapped well for sanitation, i saw there were oranges. Mixed fruit cut up would have been nice. Only one cereal was available. Just needed more choices as a Hampton. However, service personnel were superb—very hard workers!
Very nice spacious rooms and the bathroom was really roomy. The front desk staff were very friendly and it was close to the airport with complementary shuttle to the airport!

Staff, cleanliness
Beds weren't the most comfortable and the pillows were absolutely useless to be honest. With two stack on top of each other absolutely no support you'd instantly sink flat i had to add the couch pillow to be able to sleep and that was a stiff throw pillow. Honestly at $20+ for the including breakfast if im paying almost $200 for my room id rather get breakfast somewhere else. It was good just wasn't good either. Best thing was the waffle I made myself.
Location and cleanliness
Everything. Good location to stores, restaurants, and highways. Beds were comfortable. Nice large tv. Even when the hotel got full it was quiet. The employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Well mannered. Our TV died and the front desk employee moved us to another room. That was very nice of them.
The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low. Quire annoying but we made do. The shower was perfect.
Clean and comfortable. Great beds. Good breakfast.
