A great central spot to explore chiang mai
Pros:

We had huge adjoining rooms, very clean, comfortable beds and great aircon. Pool was a bonus. Hotel in great location

Goede locatie in een wat ouder hotel
Pros:

prima locatie, mooie entrance en lobby, vriendelijk personeel, maar kamers redelijk gedateerd

Cons:

De kamers waren oud (donkerbruin) qua design en zijn zeker toe aan een upgrade

Great location, looks grand from outside but better value other hotels.
Pros:

The property is well located and has a large secure car park which is ideal for keeping a motorcycle safe.

Cons:

The rooms are getting very dated and maintenance to the rooms seems to be minimal. The pool area isn’t great. Breakfast was average.

De locatie en de aankomsthal zijn prima. Het personeel is erg netjes en wilt je overal mee helpen. Verder wordt de deur als een koning voor je open gedaan.

Cons:

Onze kamer was erg verouderd en niet goed onderhouden. Wij hadden een hele vochtige kamer en geen raam dat open kon. Wij hebben navraag gedaan naar het afzuigsysteem in de douche, maar dat deed het gewoon niet. Hierdoor bleef alles heel erg nat en vochtig en kon je dus niks luchten. Alles voelde klam en vochtig. Dit vonden wij een groot nadeel. Ook de airco kon je niet zelf regelen. Alleen aan of uit.

It was somewhere comfortable to sleep

Cons:

Restaurant food was cold and not cooked as ordered. We witnessed cook walking outside having a smoke, then dragging in drums of oil in and then bringing our food our for staff to deliver (cold). we mentioned this, and they laughed. We ordered drinks and they weren't even made correctly. We asked for coke cola and got soda.
