Pros:

The location is excellent right next door to the gates to the old city. The rooms are showing their age a little bit but they're large and very comfortable and functional. It has car parking on site but most of the attractions like the night markets and temples of the old city are within walking distance.

まさか、私の身に起こるとは・・・ホテル自体はいいのに・・・景色もおススメなので、貴重品をできるだけ少なく、そして、管理を徹底すれば宿泊できるかも？！
Pros:

清潔だった。快適だった。しかし、冷房が効きすぎる。low にしても、効きすぎる。部屋は広かった。バスルームも広かったけど、昔の一般的な仕様ではないのでしょうか？バスルームの改築はとくにはなさそうです。バスタブに窓ガラスが直接付いていて、一部、そのガラスをドアのように開け閉めするタイプです。若干、もしかすると、錆サビが水に混じっているかもしれない。飲んだり、白いものを洗濯しない方がいいですね。朝食は、ビュッフェ形式です。一般的なホテルビュッフェであり、少し、チェンマイ色を添えるようなメニューとなっていると思われます。

つたない英語でホテルマネージャーらしき人にも伝えましたが、私の所持品が盗まれました。おそらく、外部の犯行かもしれません。私の行動から考えてみると、どうやら、寝ている間に盗まれたような気がします。信じられないとは思いますが、カギがタッチカード式で、マンションのようにチャイムもドア横に配置されています。誰かが、マスターカードで侵入し、盗んだ可能性が高い。マネージャーらしき人とも、ロビーでこの点を伝えました。詳細は、これくらいにしておきますが、チェーン展開するこのホテルは、こちら側が外部者であり、マスターカードで抜き打ち的に侵入してくる可能性がありますので、今のところは、一般人の宿泊はおススメしません。部屋に金庫もありますが、寝ている間に盗まれて、そして、苦情を言ったところで相手にされない可能性が秘めていることを念頭に、宿泊を選択してください。ホテル自体は、良いです。景色もおススメなので、貴重品をできるだけ少なく、そして、管理を徹底すれば宿泊できるかも？！

Good location with great air con and lobby, rooms need an update
Pros:

Grand lobby as you enter the building and secure parking which is ideal if you have hired motorcycles a few days. New cafe area downstairs.

Cons:

We were on floor 11 and although the room was okay it’s certainly starting to look its age and needs a freshen up. Pool area was okay.

There were very rigid on a cancellation after I stayed the first night but paid for 3 nights , and refused to refund for day 2 and 3. Even the booking local support contact was unable to convince. The hotel should be flexible
