整體來說算不錯，但是是位於古城區離夜市方便，但若下次來訪，可能往郊外旅遊，可能就嫌稍遠
Pros:

提前12點到旅館，雖只有一房準備好，也讓我們先入住，早餐不錯，還有現壓果汁機。這次是跟小孩入住，下午回房時已鋪好沙發床，睡起來還蠻舒服，兒子162cm 也是ok.

Cons:

冷氣聲音伴雜高頻噪音，跟櫃檯反應，雖說可幫忙換房，但因已入住一晚及必須跟家人分開至不同樓層就算了。

מלון מעולה עם שירות אדיב ומסור (יצוינו בייחוד לחיוב צוות הקונסיירז' וצוות חדר האוכל), ניקיון מופתי, וארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. תמורה טובה למחיר (הגם שהמלון אינו זול ביחס למקובל בתאילנד).

המלון אמנם קרוב לשוק הלילה ולנהר, אולם נמצא באיזור פחות נעים ומעניין מאיזורים אחרים בעיר (דוגמת העיר העתיקה או שכונת נימן).

Expect more than the price paid
Pros:

New hotel with well-set-up facilities. Great breakfast with fresh juice, Thai tea, and a variety of food choices.

Cons:

The room is smaller than expected, and the ceiling is lower than at the typical hotel we stayed at before; my son can jump and touch the ceiling.... The swimming pool is small for the size of the hotel, and there are only two elevators for the whole hotel; it took a very long time to wait during rush hour.

An excellent stay with outstanding service, great facilities and exceptional hospitality.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Chiang Mai. The hotel is modern, stylish and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food, and our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was also very convenient for exploring Chiang Mai.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel was set extremely cold. A slightly warmer temperature would make the lobby and other common areas much more comfortable.

Location was great. Clean rooms . Good buffet,

Cons:

Lifts were tiny and smelly. Staff weren’t that friendly. I’m used to great hospitality from these hotels and locations but they didn’t go over and beyond. Breakfast buffet wa ms busy and slow to get eggs.
