Exceptionnel tout était au top. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien entretenues. Personnel au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Le kids dol est paradisiaque pour les enfants il y a Tout. Les piscines sont géniale. Bref rien à redire

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was huge with extremely comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast and the swimming pool was a big hit with the kids.
Carpets in the corridors could do with a clean but everything else was spotless.

The breakfast is absolutely unique and a must do. This is by far the best one I had in all my hotel. Soup, omelette, thai, chinese or Korean food. Bakeries, fresh juices...everything was good.
The kids club is also unique. The paradise for.kids. Pool is great, 1 free cocktail at the arrival...and staff very helpfull.

The hotel is simply amazing. The staff, pool, room and breakfast. The level room was really big. They made up a big bed for our 2 kids. The kingsize bed for us was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best. You should book this hotel.
Cant say anything bad about this hotel. The staff, breakfast and the room were all amazing. We had 3 nights in a level room with our 2 kids. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I had such a great time staying at Melia Chiang Mai. They have such wonderful hospitality. I need to shoutout especially to 3 wonderful staff: Fluke (Concierge), Nui (Check-in reception) and Enrico (Mai Restaurant). They are so patient, attentive, friendly and helpful. Always ready to handle all our needs and requirements. Their professionalism is so much appreciated. They definitely make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable!!
We had a wonderful stay at Melia. The room was cozy; services were fantastic; from front door to reception, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant & bar. All staff were very warm & helpful. Special mention of Nui who checked us in with her warmth & cheerfulness. And the star of our service Fluke from Concierge who was there for us every day of stay, giving us advice, help with booking; he’s very attentive & super helpful. Also Erico, who served our table at Mai Restaurant; his brilliant smile & service made our dining experience such a joy. We were well taken care of. Thank you Melia!!

Melia Hotel Chiang Mai is a Super awesome hotel. Special mention to Fluke, our concierge. He’s attentive, detailed and always helpful with recommendations and our requests.
Chang Mai quint city not too crowded enough varieties of activities, and interesting food for a short 4D3N trip.
Cleanliness, staffs are helpful all day smiling and polite.
The aircon in the is having loud sound which affecting my sleep .
