A spacious, elegant and very family-friendly hotel with an outstanding kids’ club, excellent pool area, and a great loca
Pros:

We stayed in a Level Suite on the 20th floor as a family of four, and it was an excellent setup. The suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with two sofas converted into separate beds so each child had their own space. The bathroom was large and had a lovely bathtub. We were welcomed with fruit and macarons, and the room was generously restocked with drinking water every day.

The staff were helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and food options were very good, with access to the Level lounge on the 21st floor as well as the larger ground-floor buffet, which had plenty of choice and generally high-quality food.

The location was also very convenient, right behind the Night Bazaar, with good restaurants nearby and a very nice affordable spa just across the street.

The kids’ club was one of the best parts of the hotel for us. It was surprisingly large, modern, clean, and very well organized, with a ball pit, reading nook, napping room, dress-up area, Lego/bricks, painting room, air hockey table, PS5, arcade machines, and attentive staff. The pool area was also excellent, with a kids’ pool, slides, splash bucket, fountains, and very attentive pool staff. When one of the slide hoses broke, it was fixed by the next day, which showed a level of proactiveness we really appreciated.

Cons:

There was very little we disliked. The hotel suited our family very well overall. The only minor point is that the Level lounge breakfast is smaller than the main buffet, so families who want the widest selection may prefer going downstairs. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, well maintained, and professionally run.

步行走巷子可至清邁觀光夜市，巷子有店但非明亮的觀光街道，若是女生的話建議晚上結伴同行。
飯店門口有連鎖按摩店，飯店設計美觀，房間舒適，健身房設備齊全，游泳池也不錯，還有脫水機可使用，早餐選項多樣，整體來說還行但不一定會回訪

Action packed, Super comfy hotel, felt like a real holiday.
Pros:

Great buffet, lots of choice. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Facilities were well kept and working. Children's club was huge and well staffed and maintained. Pool is a little small but in proportion to the size of the hotel and location. Room was perfect, big size, huge king size bed+ and 2 little separate sleeping areas for my 2 boys (9, 11). Zero isues with staying here.
