Pros:

朝食会場の広さや動線が良く、食事も美味しかった。スタッフの方々の応対もソフトで気持ち良く食事ができた。

Cons:

夜中遅くまで、上の階の足音や何か大きな物を動かすような鈍い音がして、眠れ無かった。フロントに連絡しようかと幾度か思いながらも我慢した

良かったです。
Pros:

1階のレストランの朝食バイキング美味しくて品数が多くて最高に美味しかった!夜ご飯の料理もとても美味しくて最高でした。

Cons:

ユニットバスがあまり良くなかった。大浴場か、トイレ風呂別が良かったかな。

街中にあり、コンビニは目の前で、お手頃価格の飲食店も周辺にたくさんありました。飲食に困りません。コインランドリーもついていました。

よくなかった、まではいきませんが、バスルームの古さ由来のカビっぽいにおい（たぶん、シャワーカーテン）が少し気になりました。清潔感はありましたので、お値段からすると、こちらの高望みな気もします。

微妙な街と微妙なホテル。
Pros:

よくもなく悪くもなく、可も無く不可も無し？

Cons:

部屋の設備が古いし、ダブルの部屋でも狭すぎる。
第一、高田駅周辺が死んでいて、活気も無く、商店街はシャッター街で、死に体。
いくら駅の近くでも、全くつまらないロケーション。
