Had to leave before breakfast servef
Staff was helpful and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Elevator was questionable. Shook badly and sounded horrible. Room smelled funky. Pool hours are not ideal to spending the day out and then coming in to relax at night.
It was very clean and the staff tremendous. It was nice to find a hotel that was dog friendly.
There could have been more grass and kept better for the dogs.
Nice hotel as it's clean, comfortable and the staff very attentative. Breakfast was great, plenty of food and nice variety.
None
The location was very convenient to interstate 95, many choices of businesse/restaurants within walking distance, Very friendly and welcoming staff. Appealing rooms! Air conditioning unit worked but did not seem to get as cool as room temperature setting. Breakfasts could include fruits and optional shredded cheese (for eggs, etc) Oversll, Great Stay- would stay there again!
Air conditioning worked- but did not seem to get as cool as the temp it was set on. A few more towels of various sizes could be available in the room. Lower toilet and bathtubs. Breakfasts could include fruits and shredded cheese for the eggs etc.
Breakfast was a hot breakfast
Only one elevator
Location to shopping & restaurants was great. Easy access to the interstate too.
A/C in room had to go down to 65 to feel cool, ice machine on the floor was broke, bacon at breakfast was raw, spent 3 nights and housekeeping never showed up.
Mostly clean and comfortable., everything was working fine.
There was a sock between the night stand and the wall, some doggy treats in the sofa.
Clean quiet and affordable I really hope this place don’t end up like the other hotels in the area was definitely a good clean stay pool was clean room was clean
polite front desk
tv didnt work. remite didnt wirk, bath floor leaked, toilet didnt flush. lamp shorted out door jammed
Genuinely one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had in years — even as a Wyndham Rewards Gold member, which should count for something. At check-in, we flagged that the peephole looked tampered with (toilet paper jammed in it) and asked to switch rooms out of safety concern. The front desk staff member refused before even checking, then confirmed it was a false alarm — offered a cold apology, still refused a room change, and walked away mid-conversation instead of addressing our concern.
It got worse. When we returned that evening, we found two dead cockroaches, a loose screw sticking up from the floor that nearly injured a bare foot, and visible construction debris and dirt scattered around the room. There were also gaps between the carpet and flooring that looked like an open door for insects. We didn’t trust the room enough to use the shower or bathroom, skipped any food service, and barely slept.
Checkout staff were polite but didn’t ask a single question about our stay, which said a lot. As a Gold member giving this brand a genuine try, this was a disappointing way to be treated — and we can’t recommend this property until real cleaning and management issues are addressed.
Breakfast was very good.
The lights in the room were much too dim. Air conditioning left the rooms feeling very humid and musty smelling.
