High-standard hotel close to Tokyo Station
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location and perfect for access to Tokyo Station. A great option for business trips, but also for family stays

Cons:

Everything was lovely. The only point for improvement could be the pool access, as it needs to be booked at reception. Perhaps an app could be introduced to make this process easier.

残念に思う事が何一つ無かったこと。スタッフの皆が笑顔で迎えてくれ、とてもにこにこして仕事されている所。高級ホテルなのに、私たちの様な子連れの大したことの無い客に対しても気持ちよく接してくれた。客を見下した様な部分が全くない。

Overall excellent other than the bed.
Pros:

Overall good with excellent service and attention to detail. One big issue however was the bed that was unusually hard and the fact that the housecosts they have in the rooms and available in the hotel, are made for Japanese sizes and not typical US or Europeans.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel with outstanding service
the staff ( highlight) were always smiling and available to help for anything you might need
they have a meet and greet service at Tokyo station which is really helpful in navigating the station to get to the hotel the first time you are in Tokyo.
They helped get our luggage shipped to the next destination as well.
The lobby bar was nice with excellent drinks
Breakfast options were great and you could order an omelet or pancakes .
The location right outside Tokyo station was great for access to the metro or bullet train. Uber was easy ad quick as well.
