This property is an absolute must if you’re flying out of Narita. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Tokyo Station, making it incredibly easy to take the Narita Express directly to the airport.
The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially by Tokyo standards. The location is also very central, about 20 minutes from Shinjuku and Shibuya and 10 minutes from Ginza.
What really blew me away, though, was the service and attention to detail. One example: the front desk helped us book our Narita Express tickets, arranged for our bags to be picked up directly from our room before departure, and Misaki and Mayuko from guest services personally escorted my son and me all the way to our train.
It was our first time navigating Tokyo Station for the train to Narita, and without their help we would have been completely lost and struggling with our luggage. Their level of care made the entire experience stress-free.

Excellent service. The staff were very helpful and polite.
The room is slightly on the older side. The facilities like the gym and the pool are average at best, for that price range and breakfast buffet was very underwhelming. Very little selection.
The service provided by the Horizon Club team makes Shangri La Tokyo stand out from other hotels. The service is always personable a professional no matter how busy it gets. Despite being a busy weekend, we were always made to feel like we were the only guests in the lounge. This comes only with exceptional service and dedication. Thank you to all at the Horizon Club, especially to Yukari, Erina, Takeshi and Stephanie for making this short trip another memorable one.

Centrally located right next to the Tokyo Station. Perfect for a 2-day hiatus in Tokyo. I did not try the breakfast, but the rooms were excellent, so was the gym. The restaurants and the drinks at the bar were very good. It's perfectly placed and walkable to most places in Tokyo.
Well, it's Tokyo, so naturally it was bound to be expensive.
