2 yetiskin bir cocuk kahvalti dahil almamiza rağmen çocuk icin tekrar kahvalti parasi almaya calistilar tam 2 saat booking yetkilileriyle gorustukten sonra sorunu cozebildiler.bu kadar pahali bir otelde asla yaşanmamasi gereken bir olay.odaya ciktigimizdada ekstra yatak konmamisti.onu sonradan getirdiler ama ertesi gun banyodan kullanilmis iç çamaşırı çıktı.bunuda gorevlilere gosterdik ve sadece odaya bir cikolata gonderip ozur dilediler.bu kadar paraya değecek bir otel degil paranizi baska otellerde degerlendirin ve sehrin tadini cikarin.
Overall good with excellent service and attention to detail. One big issue however was the bed that was unusually hard and the fact that the housecosts they have in the rooms and available in the hotel, are made for Japanese sizes and not typical US or Europeans.

the staff ( highlight) were always smiling and available to help for anything you might need
they have a meet and greet service at Tokyo station which is really helpful in navigating the station to get to the hotel the first time you are in Tokyo.
They helped get our luggage shipped to the next destination as well.
The lobby bar was nice with excellent drinks
Breakfast options were great and you could order an omelet or pancakes .
The location right outside Tokyo station was great for access to the metro or bullet train. Uber was easy ad quick as well.

Pool you need to book time but that means you have a lane to swim lengths.

Shops,restaurants, and department store all right at station. Nice walk to Ginza area.
El hotel esta bien ubicado cerca a estacion de tokio, loq ue hace muy conveniente moverte por la ciudad. LA s habitaciones y baño muy comodas, servicio excelente tanto del personal de recepcion y restaurante del lobby, (pero no del restaurante japones). Hotel recomendado!!

My stay here was simply excellent. Every member of staff I came into contact with excelled. Each one was courteous, efficient, well trained knowledgeable and helpful. The Concierge team really excelled when they arranged a day trip to Kyoto at very short notice after a trip I had previously booked through another operator was cancelled at the very last minute. They even booked my Shinkansen tickets, accompanied me to the platform and met me on the platform on my return, saving a lot of stress for finding the right place to be in the very large and somewhat confusing Tokyo Station! My room overlooked the Imperial Gardens & Tokyo Station & it was lovely to have a more open view in this very densely developed city. The room was a good size, meticulously clean & perfectly looked after during my stay. I should say, that whilst it did not bother me at all, it is possible to hear the trains and therefore some people may find a different room category a better alternative. Breakfast choices were not as extensive as some other hotels, but the quality of the food provided was very good and both the orange juice and Miso soup was absolutely fantastic. There are good western options if a Japanese or Asian breakfast is not for you. For me, this was a very special stay.

Il n’y avait que 3 lits dans une chambre réservé pour 4 personnes. La première nuit nos fils ont dû dormir à deux dans un lit une place… finalement la deuxième nuit, l hôtel a proposé un futon en guise 4eme lit.
