Pros:

The price and proximity to trams.

Cons:

Basic facilities, no lock on bathroom door, no fire escape (not that it's needed 999\1000 of the time). I've never seen the need for a fridge in tge room until now, my first holiday with a milk loving child has changed all that!

Niestety standard pokoju przedstawiony na zdjęciach odbiega od tego co można zastać na miejscu. W pokoju było brudno, kurz, pajęczyny, klejące się szklanki. Pokój na parterze, od ulicy, a przy tym zasłonki niezakrywające całego okna, można było na spokojnie podejść z zewnątrz i podejrzeć co ktoś robi w środku. Było słychać każde wejście i wyjście z hotelu.
Śniadanie serwowane w restauracji zupełnie nie warte swojej ceny. Nie polecam.
Jedyny plus to odległość hotelu od dworca.

Cons:

You simply cannot rent out a room on a hotel basis while the building it is located in is undergoing renovation/construction. There was a lot of noise.

The room we received did not correspond at all to what was shown on the website; none of the photos included the room we were given. The hallway of the guesthouse smelled bad, the floors were dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable.

It was absolutely not worth the money. It felt more like a scam.
