Party room you can’t bring people back to party. Items stolen out of my suitcase

- taxi rank straight outside
- location is good for bars and shops
- air con in the room is good
- good drinks around the pool
Cons
- tiny pool area which gets so busy that you can’t get a bed or get into the pool
- this hotel hosts a very young crowd 18-30 average
- the room layout is awful
- very small balcony which we couldn’t use

The location, the swimming pool
We were not provided with clean towels and the room was not cleaned for the entire time we stayed we had to go and ask for clean towels and still didn’t get them, the all inclusive was not easy or straightforward you had to pay 2 euros every day for a chip to be able to access it so paying more again for something already booked and paid for and having to go back and for to reception, they didn’t allow public to access the pool/club area during the day even on a paid basis which didn’t make any business sense at all. Considering this hotel is 4* it was overpriced for the lack of standards received.
