Die Lage ist gut, das Personal freundlich.
Cyber Angriff, Wasserlachen im Zimmer und kaputter Safe
Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine große Enttäuschung. In unserem Zimmer gab es Probleme mit Wasser, es haben sich große Lachen im Zimmer und bei der Toilette gebildet. Außerdem funktionierte der Safe nicht. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer anschließenden Beschwerde. Nach jeder Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns versichert, dass das Problem behoben wird- was in diesem Hotel soviel hieß wie die Lacken einfach kurz aufwischen aber das Problem nicht zu beheben. Als wir wieder im Zimmer waren, haben sich die Lacken erneut gebildet. Die Dusche war außerdem bereits aus den Angeln gerissen.
Da sich trotz dutzender Beschwerden nichts geändert hat und uns auch keine Alternativen angeboten wurden, haben wir versucht einen Preisnachlass auszuhandeln. Daraufhin war es plötzlich möglich das Zimmer zu wechseln oder ein „all inklusive“ Upgrade zu bekommen.
Diese „Angebote“ waren für uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt allerdings keine sinnvolle oder angemessene Entschädigung, da wir bereits unsere Abreise für den nächsten Morgen geplant hatten. Im Nachhinein werden diese Optionen nun als Begründung dafür verwendet, jegliche finanzielle Entschädigung abzulehnen.
Noch wesentlich besorgniserregender ist für uns der Umgang mit unseren persönlichen Daten. Die Hotelgruppe wurde Opfer eines Hackerangriffs und alle unsere persönlichen Daten von Reisepässen, private Wohnadressen, etc. wurden möglicherweise von Betrügern gestohlen. Aufgrund der Vorkommnisse haben wir inzwischen ernsthafte Bedenken, dass unsere Daten möglicherweise in falsche Hände geraten sein könnten und missbraucht werden, im schlimmsten Fall sogar für Betrug oder Identitätsdiebstahl.

Great location, clean and also cleaned rooms (as we was not awake early enough) when asked. Hotel is very busy / party so definitely don’t stay here if you don’t like that!
Lots of sunbeds but the pool does get very busy - so have to be up early ish to reserve. I appreciate some people stay past the 11am check in time, but had someone knock twice to kick us out at 10am, even though we had plenty of time still. Also incident round the pool of another guest being abusive, reported to reception and security didn’t do much about it.

- this hotel hosts a very young crowd 18-30 average
- the room layout is awful
- very small balcony which we couldn’t use
