I honestly don’t understand all the bad reviews… You pay way less than all the other options around — what would you expect, a 5-star hotel? The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean, and the shower was fine. More than enough to shower and sleep after a day at the beach
Carpet doesn’t look clean, a bit noisy
Location was brilliant
Staff were unhelpful and uniformed

Central location, my room was kindly upgraded.
The reception worked till 8pm which we learned at 7pm and had to rush to the hotel. Room was extremely hot, I understand that there was heatwave previous week, but tgere is no fan and no aircon, so if the windows were opened, we had a chance to sleep. But we opened windows once arrived, so it cooled down only in the morning.
There is no single bi anywhere (neither room nor kitchen, toilet). There us a table and chairs but its not possible to use them as they are too close to the wall.
Last but not least - loud disco till night in the next door venue.
Nothing!
I wish I got his name, but one member of staff was very rude to us, he called me a liar and tried to kick us out at midnight, and threatened to call the police, all we did was ask for a fan, which was stated on the facilities on booking.coms website, we also had no TV (which was also listed) and one tiny mug (for 2 of us) and not even a spoon. He tried to tell my husband that he wasn't welcome, cos I originally checked in with a woman, which was apparently on cctv, so I asked to see it, and he wouldn't show me, because he was wrong! We did not feel safe staying there and couldn't wait to leave. They also list that its sound proof and it definitely is not!! AVOID!!
Nothing was good to highlight
Room too hot, no aircon, Shower, storage bed, old fashioned. No parking available had to park more than Hundred yards from the hotel in a public carpark, which is payable 24 hour, had to spend and extra £35.00 to park for two days which obviously increased the overall cost of the stay Lots of unsavory noises during the early hours of the morning ; angry voices both nights.
Absolutamente nada!
Nada
It wasn't nosiy inside the hotel .
The noise and light from outside were disturbing, and they had one window, but the curtain wasn't wide enough to cover the window.
The room carpet floor was dirty and sticky.
There were nails sticking outside the bed frame.
Expired coffee packets were still there, thay means no one has checked the room properly. The fan was covered with dust.
Quiet, and undisdurbed
Parking is a issue in the area, this is a massive issue as they tell you to go and pay the council to park.
There is avalible parking in the area, if they are avalible
Room was of a good size, came with tea and a hairdryer, free wifi and the bathroom was a good size too.
Would benefit from instructions on how to get in (myself and another person both struggled). The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the bed was not comfortable. It was a double room, but I actually stayed alone, and needed both pillows as just one person because they were very thin. Curtain did not cover the window properly, so light crept in at 5am, and I had to change in a corner of the room as to not expose myself. The bedside lights were as bright as the ceiling one, and the bathroom light didn't turn on if the extractor fan was turned off (poor electrical work is concerning), which would definitely be annoying if the room were to be used by 2 people. There was also a TV but I didn't see a remote for it.
Don’t understand how theres so many bad reviews, it was clean, staff was friendly and comfortable
The only thing good was the location very near to town and beach
It is a dump looks like a hostel or shelter definitely not an hotel
