Our stay at Radisson Blu Kochi was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations at all.

The room felt very old and was not properly clean. Despite requesting a higher floor, the experience was underwhelming. The window was unusually small, and the glass was so dirty that there was practically no view to enjoy.

The bathroom also had a strange glass panel covered with a mirror sticker. Out of curiosity, we tried checking it with a flashlight and noticed that it appeared to look into a service area where pipes and other utilities were running. This raised serious concerns about privacy and made us uncomfortable.

The breakfast spread was good and deserves appreciation. However, apart from that, the overall room condition, cleanliness, and lack of privacy significantly affected our experience. We expected much better standards from Radisson Blu and were thoroughly disappointed with our stay.

The staff in the restaurant were lovely especially Devika

Cons:

Wasn’t told about the pool being down also wasn’t helped much by the staff when asking for advice on things - as a solo traveller it was not a great experience
