Très déçu

L'emplacement. La propreté.

2 personne étaient au dessus de la moyenne : la femme qui nous accueille pour le restaurant, et le monsieur en salle qui a un costume très sympa.

Cons:

Chambre 2111 : il y a un bruit constant des hélices dehors. Dès 6 heures du matin, on est réveillé par le bruit du staff car ils sont derrière.
Le wifi coupait dès que l'on passe la porte des toilettes. Nous n'avons jamais eu droit à 2 serviettes, mais une seule pour 2.

De la chambre 2105, il n'y a aucune vue, alors que c'est mis en avant dans les annonces. Les vitres sont opaques. La climatisation se remet en route dès que l'on sort. On avait toujours trop froid.

Restaurant : on nous a tellement poussé à prendre le buffet au dîner, même si nous le voulions pas. Également sur ce que nous devions prendre à la carte. Très désagréable, nous ne sommes pas revenus.
Je trouve la qualité de la nourriture en dessous de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 5 étoiles.

Pire chose qui me soit arrivée dans un hôtel : pour nos 2 chambres, la lumière et une sonnerie se sont mis en route toutes les heures à partir de 1h du matin, empêchant tout le monde de dormir. Un cauchemar. J'aurais mieux dormi dans une voiture.

Je suis réellement déçu, ce devait être un souvenir merveilleux pour la famille.

Nothing ,normal class and standard cant compare with other raddisson blu hotels
Worst service , worst cleaning , full of dust , cleaning after we cheklck out and complain
