Beds, room, location and very kind staff.
Breakfast very short menue and prices expensive in comparison with options out and close to the hotel.
Location and size of rooms
The front office staff was amazing
No wash cloths in room. Only two towels and no bath mat for shower getting out area. The toilet was gurgling all night. No bags in the trash can. Sheets and bedspread upon arrival were dirty and had hair in them!!! . The bathroom wall by shower appeared to have wallpaper that was peeling off. Staff was out front which we were facing the entrance were very loud around 11:30 pm. Couldn’t sleep well due to this. They were chatting with each other laughing etc VERY LOUD
Very friendly staff! Ira at the food counter was such a pleasant, kind person!
The air conditioning in the room would not go below 74 even after having maintenance come out to look at it. It made for a very uncomfortable sleeping.

The suite wasn’t the clean other than that everything was fine
We came into town for a Tigers game. The front desk staff and valet upon arrival were great! It was an early game so we couldn’t get into our room yet, but they allowed us to keep our luggage behind the desk! When leaving the next morning we were able to do they same thing while we walked to get breakfast. Shanita in valet was chatting with my husband about different Double Trees/Hilton locations and was extremely nice. We’ll be back!! Thank you.
Belinda in valet was excellent. Not only did she give us good suggestions for where to park. She told us how to use the people mover and the best places go in town. She was super friendly kind.
This was an amazing time… Jocelyn was excellent and made my trip so enjoyable
