Precise measurements
The location of the property was great. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. We had to move to another room.
There are no onsite laundry services, so they ran out of towels when the company they outsourced to for laundry didn’t bring any back.
Nothing
The ceiling in the living room had water damage and peeling paint. It looked like the ceiling very much like a hazard. Staff was not welcoming and did not mention any amenities or advise of anything the hotel offered. The hotel room did not cool down even though the temperature was set to 66 degrees. The room with the beds was warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. The price I paid for this hotel room was definitely NOT worth it.
The property was close to the venue
We had to ask for towel and for the trash to be taken out
Nothing
Horrible service
Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Awful customer service. Expensive. Extremely dirty. No AC in my room.
Will never recommend this property to anyone.
Mini living room and fridge and microwave
Cabinet door was broken on arrival
Excellent location, the property is well maintained. The warm cookie was a nice touch

If you must stay here, refuse to be assigned room 310! I checked out three days ago but the itching and scarring are still evident.
I had a weeklong work event and chose the Doubletree (May 31-June 5) specifically because I (previously) believe(d) Hilton to be a cut above other chains. The first morning discovering bites I assumed it was mosquitos from a long walk on the river in short sleeves. My last morning there, I woke up and actually saw one on the bed!!! I caught it on video and took a photo of its crushed blood-filled body on the white bedsheets.
I called the front desk and said plainly that there were bedbugs in my room and that I needed a trash bag to contain my clothes. The response was surprisingly casual. Someone came up with a small laundry bag instead. When I explained again what was going on, I finally got a couple of trash bags so I could try to contain everything before leaving.
Downstairs, I told the front desk in person: “I just wanted to let you know there are bedbugs in 310.” The response was, “We can’t do anything until engineering verifies it.” I showed my bitten arm and told them I crushed a bug on the bed and the blood was there then left it at that. I had a plane to catch and didn't feel like fighting with anyone.
It would have been nice to have a proper acknowledgement or some sympathy but it's 2026. I guess we're just delaying and denying? Due to the nonchalance of the front desk, I ended up warning housekeeping myself because I was genuinely concerned the room would get flipped and spread the issue further.
Mistakes happen, but the lack of urgency is what stood out. This didn’t feel like a one-off situation being taken seriously. EASILY the worst Hilton experience I’ve had. I won’t be staying at this location again and have warned all my coworkers against it as well!
Clean. Comfortable bed.
Suite wasn't as large as expected. Parking rates were high. Paid over $100 for 2 nights

Very friendly staff. We were in town for a birthday and staff treated my daughter great!
Location was okay.
Great friendly staff. Valet team is top notch! Housekeeping was good. DJ or Aj I forget his name at the bar was exceptional along with the Caucasian girl with piecing and tattoos ( sorry I am forgetting your name ) great job to these wonderful and funny bartenders
Ice machine was broken on our floor
A light in the shower would be good also. Was kind of dark in there
The staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family
