Lo staff veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Camera tutto sommato sopra le aspettative.

Cons:

Il bagno un po' piccolo e scomodo, soprattutto la doccia. Mancavano punti dove appoggiare qualsiasi cosa tra beauty case vicino al lavandino o boccette di bagnoschiuma/shampoo nella doccia.

Lage ist prima, freundliche MA/innen, sauber, teilweise Aufzug, nachts ruhig (bis zur Frühstückszeit), guter Kaffee zum Frühstück, Klimaanlage, für einige wenige Tage ist das Hotel okay,

Cons:

Mini Bad (kaum Ablageflächen), kleines Zimmer (auch bedingt durch ein nicht benötiges Zustellbett), wenig Ablagefläche, alter Italien-Charme, Holztüren ohne Dichtungen = Türen "knallen" ab 07:00 Uhr (...auch, weil sie teils mit Gewalt geschlossen werden müssen), noch schöne, alte und laute mechanische Schlösser an den Türen (hört man gut), insgesamt hellhöriges Haus, Frühstück stark ital. geprägt (süss, am Tisch serviert, Eierspreisen auf Bestellung erhältlich), Frühstücksraum ist auch Barraum, sehr nüchtern, Bar wird von der Reception "nebenbei" betreut, booking.com Fotos vermitteln einen anderen/besseren Eindruck

Fantastic stay, recommended
Pros:

Excellent location within the city centre, a stone's throw away from Vucciria and within a few minutes walk to all the major sites in the old city centre as well as the more modern port area. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful, varied and generous. Very clean, bedrooms made up and towels changed every morning. Good value for money. Would be more than happy to return.

Cons:

The furniture and bathrooms are functional but rather dated, bathroom is on the smaller side.

Hervorragend, wenn ich nochmal nach Palermo komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier reservieren,
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zu empfehlen, da es ein sehr schöner Bereich der Stadt ist und alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das sehr freundliche Personal, das hervorragende Frühstück und das schöne Zimmer hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der Einstieg der Dusche ist etwas eng. Das ist aber tatsächlich alles, was ich bemängeln könnte.

Un hotel céntrico muy limpio y con una ubicación increíble. Estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento con nuestra llegada y salida del hotel. El desayuno es increíble, al igual que el personal que atiende allí. Lo recomiendo mucho.
