房間地板為地毯，東一塊西一塊污漬，冰箱甚至有上一個旅客留下來的飲料，馬桶蓋掀開後側還有些微尿漬。

Cons:

tuve un cronico dolor de espalda, pedí quedarme en la habitación y no me permitieron. Con ese dolor me toco moverme de habitacion. Cuando mi compañera de cuarto llego en la tarde sin saber que ya me habia movido de cuarto estaba la habitacion igual como la habia dejado en la mañana. No era necesario que me hagan mover con el dolor tan crónico de espalda que tenía, terminé yendo a clínica, ahí me ayudaron pidiendo el Uber.

此次住宿很滿意，C P值高
Pros:

巧遇阿基師實在是太幸運了，早餐豐盛多樣化，中西式皆有，會再入住其他福容系列飯店。台北一館碰巧就在建國假日花市對面，鄰近大安森林公園，地點太棒了

隔音較差，隱約都有聽到隔壁在說話的聲音
