Nice hotel 5 mins from central station. Close to restaurants and places of interest. Staff at hotel were very helpful.
Pillow are too soft.
La cama muy cómoda, tenía ventanas que aislaban del ruido de la calle. Descanso asegurado.
El Hotel está a 10-15 mn andando.
Tiene un garaje pequeño a 20€ el día, genial porque no hay donde dejar el coche.
Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado, hasta sonandose.. Desayuno bastante pobre.

I firmly believe there was some mold issue I put mattress, the smell when we entered the room could already tell, but once we slept on it, it was really bad. I would encourage the staff to check and replace what needs to be, other than that nice hotel and good location

Dieses Hotel hat eine Top Lage. Man ist ziemlich schnell in allen Ecken von Florenz und das zu Fuss 👍.
Frühstück ist sehr gut hat alles was man braucht.
Das Personal beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich .
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unmotiviert und nicht so freundlich. Schade .

The room ventilation was terrible the A/C was not working and windows were locked, so there were no fresh air coming into room . Bed was as very uncomfortable and no proper duvet just an old blanket was provided. Shower was so small could barely fit

Nära till terminal 1 tack vare shuttlebussen. Bra och prisvärd restaurang. Prisvärt alternativ för en natt. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal, incheckningen tog evigheter då allting gjordes manuellt.
Rummet låg i sidobyggnad på andra våningen med trappa upp från gården. Rummet lite mörkt och unken lukt som nog gick att vädra ut.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet.
