Al hora de desayunar y cenar es mejor tener zona solo para adultos demasiados niños,hasta que he visto niño subido a la tabla de cortar pan y su madre riéndose vaya educación y nadie los llamó el atención por cierto son gente extranjera

Pros:

I was here for the 3rd time, and that's because it's a really good place. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful.
Every evening they do entertainment, so you can sit, watch and have a drink 🍸
The pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds around.
The food was excellent, every day something different.
I can recommend for everyone who want a nice holiday.

Cons:

Just one thing was annoying, the lifts. Breakfast and dinner time, it was a long time to wait for them. From 3 lifts was working just 2.
They should have make it work the 3rd one at least on peak times.

Pros:

The area of the hotel and the view from the room looked amazing. The room was spacious, looking at the sea and the bed was comfortable. We got 2 bottles of mineral water for free every day. We really liked the food there, every night a different thematic - for example Spanish food or Asian food night - eventhough some of the dishes could habe been a bit more salty.
The programs and the shows in the evening were also entertaining.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We got champagne for breakfast once, it was also something special to add to our stay.

Cons:

The handle on our bathroom door fell off, they fixed it immediately but it fell off again the next day.
The music was too loud from the shows and lasted until too late, approximately arround 11:30pm so you could hear everything from the room.
You should pay extra fees to use the facilities like the gym and the indoor bath.
You had to wait long for the elevators in the mornings/evenings.
The parking lots directly at the entrance weren't always available so you needed to take a parking lot approximately within a 200 meter distance downhill, which still belonged to the area of the hotel, so it was fine just a good tonknow fact.
We still loved the hotel and would stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely brilliant. The staff were outstanding. Lovely hotel
Pros:

Staff were some of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. All of them made a fuss of my daughter and made her feel special

The draft beer selection wasn’t the best

El hotel estaba súper ,el bufete y piscina ,junto con los servicios

Cons:

En la habitación tuve varios percances donde el baño al ducharme se llenó de agua,el minibar no enfriaba y a la hora de dormir el aire nunca enfrió la habitación por lo que pasamos un calor infernal,por lo demás todo bien.
