Comfortable stay and excellent customer service.
Pros:

Convenient location near Central for trains, buses, and trams. Good value and the staff customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Location was great, close to so many places to eat, convenience stores and a mall. One morning I walked over to the Mercure hotel for their breakfast buffet, around 26. US dollars. Also, not far from the tram to circular quay. The staff was excellent, including the lady who I think was a manager. She helped me one morning learn how to operate the coffee machine, which is very easy. I appreciated the fact that I could make a coffee upon leaving every morning, take a pastry and make myself a peppermint tea in the evening upon arrival back to the hotel. One Viator tour that I booked actually picked me up at Mercure, which is a 3 min walk behind 28 hotel. My room was extremely comfortable and one night I was able to sleep 12 hours. Upon leaving, 28 hotel helped me arrange a transfer at a reasonable price. A really enjoyable experience at a great price.
