Pros:

Chambre propre. Le personnel était serviable et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Globalement l’hôtel était calme et bien entretenu.
Le présence d’une fontaine à eau à chaque étage était un gros plus ! Le petit déjeuner était sympa et la salle de sport très bien équipée

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre sans fenêtre, la chambre sentait donc vite le renfermé si la climatisation n’était pas active

I was disappointed regarding the service

I think the Hotel was quite affordable. But the Hotel doesn’t attend my expectations.

Cons:

I was very disappointed regarding the service. Indeed, when we ask for keeping our lugages, it is invoiced 4 $ for each lugage per day! It is very expensive and it is a scam!!

Pros:

Extra comfortable bed. Excellent strong ac. Quirky breakfast buffet. Small gym.

Dangerous plastic tub shower with no hand grips.
Location far from the river.
Had to request gym unlocked every time.

Always wonderful; minor irritant of not being able to drink coffee.
Pros:

The breakfast is wonderful, as always.

Cons:

I try to avoid sugar. Last time I observed that you have changed the instant coffee in the room to include sugar, so I cannot have coffee in my room. Then at breakfast, there is no sugar substitute for the coffee. Please add sugar substitutes for breakfast, and change the room instant coffee back to Nestle Red Cup (no sugar).
