Disappointing
Cons:

As a loyal returning guest who consistently chooses this hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility during my recent stay.

With a midnight flight to catch, I requested a late checkout of one to three hours. Unfortunately, the receptionist was unable to offer even a one-hour extension.

I then asked how much it would cost to extend my stay by eight hours and was quoted KRW 715,000. This was particularly surprising, as a full night on Booking.com was listed at KRW 460,000.

I ultimately paid for an additional night, even though a two- or three-hour extension would have been enough for me to arrange the rest of my day before my flight.

I understand that late checkout is subject to availability, but both the lack of flexibility and the quoted price were disappointing. As a returning international loyal guest, I had hoped for a more accommodating experience.

Pros:

Super stylish hotel. Loved the room and the little extra gifts like drinks and little game. Super nice view and close to subway station. Breakfast was great with lots of options for vegetarians. Staff super friendly and helped with booking restaurants for dinner.

The restaurants in the building did not have vegetarian options for dinner. But plenty of restaurants around.

クルマの音が少し聞こえる程度でとても静かで、部屋は広くとってあり、快適でした。アップグレードをしてもらいました。バスタブとウオシュレットもうれしかった。

Cons:

バスタブのお湯出口がぐらついていた他、シャワーノズルの固定が機能していなかった。
