Close to the business centre
Brak kawy w pokoju
The location is amazing, very communicative a 15 minute walk from the Palace of culture and science and around 20 minutes by public transport to the city centre. The breakfast was very good with a big variety to choose from and the staff in the food hall was very polite.
The room was very small and when we arrived we were only provided with two body towels and we had to ask for new ones for hands and hair. We couldn’t open the window so there was no fresh air in the room.
Bardzo wysoka cena, brud i poważne zastrzeżenia dotyczące bezpieczeństwa
Jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani pobytem w CAMPANILE PRIME Warszawa Centrum. Cena jest zupełnie nieadekwatna do jakości i poziomu obsługi.
Zapłaciliśmy 2001 zł za dwa pokoje, czyli aż 1000,50 zł za jeden pokój o powierzchni zaledwie 16 m²! To zdecydowanie wygórowana cena jak na tak małe pokoje i oferowane warunki.
Na pościeli i poduszkach znaleźliśmy plamy i zabrudzenia, a w łazience — brudne zacieki na ścianach oraz osad na armaturze. Wszystko zostało udokumentowane na zdjęciach.
Najbardziej oburzające było jednak to, że pracownik hotelu wszedł do obu naszych pokoi bez pukania i jakiegokolwiek uprzedzenia! Dodatkowo drzwi do pokoi nie zamykają się prawidłowo, co budzi poważne obawy dotyczące bezpieczeństwa i prywatności gości.
Za ponad 1000 zł za pokój oczekiwaliśmy przynajmniej podstawowej czystości, sprawnych drzwi i poszanowania prywatności.
Mamy nadzieję, że kierownictwo hotelu potraktuje te problemy poważnie i podejmie odpowiednie działania. Taki poziom obsługi jest niedopuszczalny.
Zdecydowanie nie polecamy tego hotelu.

Czystość, przyjazność personelu i gotowość do wsparcia (skrzypiące drzwi w łazience zostały szybko nasmarowane od zgłoszenia). Półka w łazience.

Nice hotel, located well and silent (on 6th floor). Staff is very friendly and formals are minimal. Very good value for the money. No noise or vibration at night (important factor due to proximity the railway tracks).
Towels aren't the best and there are only two big ones (one per person). On the other side: at least they are thick.
