Cleanliness
8.2
Multiple guests praised clean rooms and grounds, but several reviews reported a persistent mildew/strange smell in some units; overall generally clean with occasional odor issues.
Service
8.9
Staff described as great and very friendly in several reviews, with one report of impolite service — overall service is generally positive with an isolated negative incident.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised as a great location for nearby attractions (Kentucky Horse Park, Bourbon Trail) and convenient for guests; location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are spacious and comfortable for families (good studios, comfortable couches), but issues reported include a bed that shifts at the headboard, a faulty bathroom lock, and inconsistent outlet function.
Amenities
7.8
Kitchen facilities are useful, but several amenity problems noted: poor wifi, no movie/streaming channels, half the outlets not working, no ice despite an ice maker — amenities are functional but inconsistent.
Value for Money
8.4
Some guests called it great value given location and room size/kitchen; others felt certain expected inclusions (streaming, reliable wifi) should be provided at the price point.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating as standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall impressions are strongly positive — clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and excellent location dominate guest sentiment; a few service/amenity issues were reported but did not outweigh the generally very good stays.

Pros:

The spacious studio was great for our family, the shower was good, the kitchen had everything needed to cook, and the couch was comfortable. The location is great.

Cons:

The bed falls down at the headboard and so you have to sleep at the other end, the entire place smells like mildew, the wifi sucks, and their are no movie channels, no Netflix or HBO or similar. For what it cost a night for that room should include at least 1.

Great value, clean and comfortable stay in Lexington.
Pros:

This was a great location to enjoy the Kentucky Horse Park, and a short drive to Bourbon Trail distilleries. I liked having a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was great.

Cons:

No ice in the freezer even though there is an ice maker and a magnet on the fridge directing you to enjoy its use.
The door to the bathroom had a faulty lock, maintenance did come to prize it open when we called.
And in the kitchen 1/2 of the outlets worked.
