Close to Dental clinic and not far from Terminal 21 for food court. The staff were friendly and the desk accomodating with issues

Cons:

In the first instance I thought I had booked the other Ibis hotel with the gym and the pool. On arrival late found that wasnt the case. At the booked hotel down the road. The doors make considerable noise on closing. Especially problematic with people coming and going late at night. First room I had was adjacent Fire Escape doors. At midnight staff were going through that door, sleep was disturbed.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I had during my entire month-long trip in Thailand. The hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night, with shouting and disturbances in the corridors until around 4:00 AM. The most disturbing part was that people repeatedly knocked and kicked my room door for more than an hour, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I woke up more than five times because of the noise and was unable to get proper rest after a long day of traveling. I also found the room lacking sufficient accessible electrical outlets. Overall, the experience was completely unacceptable.
