Pros:

It is one of the best hotels we have ever been.For sure our standard stay whenever we pass from Belgrade. First the staff: Everyone is polite and professional, with excellent english. Many thanks also to the receptionist on duty on Monday the 24th, who pointed us to very good restaurants. The hotel facilities are superb. The wellness area 5*, perfect gym, sauna, steambath, everything is first class. The room large , everything was really good.

Cons:

I would have to be a really difficult customer to have found something I did not like.

Pros:

Very good breakfast with individual approach. lobby. jacuzzi in spa. Möbel in the room. Friendly staff

Cons:

i asked about fork and knife to give us in the room. no food no drinks, and the guy comes from guest service and wanted to charge us for bringing a knife. i was shocked as first time I experience this. Room was bit small for 3 people.Spa: there was no outside garden in spa to relax, you need to relax near swimming pool and inhale chlor that is in the air. there was elevator from LL to ground floor but only for staff, not for guests. for my grandmother it was not so convenient to take stairs. showercap was not convinient to fix hairs when showering in the cleaning set that they provide.
