Pros:

The spa area and pool were excellent. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, though a bit pricey.

Cons:

The hotel is run-down and poorly maintained. The walls are paper-thin, and quiet hours are not observed at night. Strands of other people’s hair were scattered throughout the room.

But the biggest problem was the bed, with its extremely thin pillows and a badly worn, compressed mattress that made you sink almost to the floor when you sat or lay on it. It was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.

The low-level lighting in the room was also faulty, and a light built into the base of the wardrobe flashed brightly throughout the night.

In addition, the hotel does not seem equipped to handle the number of guests it accommodates. During our stay, the lifts, lobby, and breakfast area were consistently overcrowded.

For more than €150 per night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.
