The hotel itself was nice. Beautiful views of the river and NYC skyline.
We had booked a king bedroom for the night of our wedding and the hotel bumped us. So when we got there at 1 in the morning after leaving our wedding venue we were told they only had a double queen room. They told us that they figured we would prefer to have 2 queens and a view instead of a king. We booked a king with a view over a month before the wedding. Was very disappointed that our wedding night ended the way it did. The next day after speaking to the manager she graciously offered us 15k Marriot points but that still doesn’t make up for this. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here if they don’t even hold the room that you have a reservation for.
LOCATION!! Path is just around the corner. Washington Street is three blocks away, Everything is at your fingertips!
Nothing much.
Everything . Fantastic views and location in a top notch hotel with first class staff.
Always ate out as restaurant reviews were poor
Location and staff. Specially Angelica Cruz.
Breakfast. Bacon overcooked. 😂
Overall great location and nice room.
Check in was very chaotic. And room was noisy from outside noise.
Große Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage

Customer service support was excellent
Everything was good no complaints
The staff was extremely helpful in a couple of areas
Pretty location with view of NYC, walking/bike path right in front of hotel and had excellent dinner at Halifax
Horrible noise issues due to layout of floor. Unless you pay for full view room you will be placed in front of service elevator which operates all night with employees coming and going. Was woken up numerous times during night and hotel management just makes excuses instead of resolving noise issues.
