We had great rooms that were adjoining with a view of the Hudson, The concierge put baloonms and a card in the room with some otheer welcome gifts to help celbrate our son who is going to college in the area. The hotel restaurant was served delicous elevated foods and very nice serive. the lounge was hip and inviting. Drinks expensive. Always nice music playing and there was also a nice scent when coming into the hotle. the doorman was espeically gracious. Loved the couches in our rooms.
There was just a tad of inconsistency with the cleaning of our room/restocking itmes but very easy to reach someone and get what we needed.

The rooms were a great size and QUIET! Didn’t know anyone was next to us. Staff were outstanding! Check in and check out were extremely smooth.
The valet parking was a little pricey but well, well worth it.

Keine Park Kapazitäten, musste das öffentliche Parkhaus gegenüber für eine Woche kostenpflichtig dazu buchen.
La plus belle vue des hotel de NYC, beaucoup d'espace dans la suite, emplacement pratique.
Le dépôt de garantie a été de 3 000 $ au total pour 2 chambres. Pour comparaison, nous avions séjourné au Four Seasons de Boston et le montant n'était que de 600$. L'hôtel suivant ne prenait que 150$ pour 3 jours.
Ce dépôt est le plus cher que j'ai expérimenté à ce jour. C'est disproportionné car aucun équipement dans la chambre ne justifie ce prix, et même à 5 avec 3 pendant nous n'allions pas consommer 3 000$ de burgers au restaurant de l'hôtel...
L'hôtel pourrait répondre que ce n'est qu'un dépôt et sans conséquences.
FAUX, cela a des conséquences désastreuse: notre carte a atteint son plafond, avec pourtant la meilleure carte VISA possible et des plafonds relevés avant le départ.
Quand vous organisez un très beau voyage pour vos enfants pour leur faire découvrir la côte est, avec des billets et hôtels, oui , NOUS COMPTONS pour ne pas dépasser ces plafonds, et un dépôt de 3000$ c'est le budget qui est détruit.
Ces 3000 $ de garantie ont fait que nous n'avions littéralement plus de possibilités de paiement pendant 6 jours, de la faute de l'hôtel Hoboken, uniquement encore un peu de cash heureusement. Mais J'avais aussi calculé un petit budget pour des places au stade, pour la coupe du monde, et cela a été gâché !
Nous avons donc du faire la plupart des repas à l'hôtel. Même avec tous ces repas forcés au prix fort cela n'a fait "QUE" dans les 700$ in fine au check-out, çà n'aurait jamais fait 3000$.
En partant, nous avons bien demandé à être remboursé au plus vite, et on nous a répondu que cela dépendait de notre banque. Foutaises, ma banque accepte des paiements en 10 secondes.
Si vous avez 0 contrainte de carte bancaire avec donc des plafonds quasi illimité sur 7 jours ou 1 mois, alors pas de souci pour y séjourner, c'est très bien !
Mais dans le cas contraire, il va falloir prévoir un autre lieu.
My room rate was paid for in advance. I gave them a credit card for incidentals of which I didn't incur any. They charged my card $650.00 and said it would be reversed in 5 days. At a room rate of over $450.00 per night you would think that the Internet would be free - no.

A mi hija Cristina y a mi nos encantó todo! La vista un deleite, tamaño habitación, comodidad, camas que invitan al descanso, amenities, baño y facilidades tooodo estupendo. Ya con ganas de regresar!, bajas y ya estas en el malecón junto al río.... la vista de NY permanente de día y de noche.... inolvidable!

Compliments to Javier and Raquel for being amazing representatives of the W hotel brand. Both are professional, courteous, and genuine, it was never a question with either they just wanted to make sure our stay was perfect.

The hotel itself was nice. Beautiful views of the river and NYC skyline.
We had booked a king bedroom for the night of our wedding and the hotel bumped us. So when we got there at 1 in the morning after leaving our wedding venue we were told they only had a double queen room. They told us that they figured we would prefer to have 2 queens and a view instead of a king. We booked a king with a view over a month before the wedding. Was very disappointed that our wedding night ended the way it did. The next day after speaking to the manager she graciously offered us 15k Marriot points but that still doesn’t make up for this. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here if they don’t even hold the room that you have a reservation for.
