Great place; clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and free airport shuttle!
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. I got an upgraded room for lower value due to an online offer. The mattress was comfortable and sheets were soft. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good except that the space was small and it got crowded easily.

Cons:

I did not like the TV in the room. I tried to connect it to a Netflix account and it did not work. Then, when I tried to go back to the original settins it would not work. The staff called a technician to come to the room and assist. The issue was quickly resolved.

Nice hotel but the staff is phenomenal
Pros:

Nice lobby and amenities and our room was perfectly clean. We were greeted so nicely at arrival around 10pm. But MIKE. oh my goodness he has been phenomenal to our family (ages 80-9 months). He will be the reason we’d return!!!

Exceeded my expectations compared to other accessible hotels we have stayed in. Well done.
Pros:

The accessibility in our room was exceptional with much room to navigate with my walker. The shower was perfect and I did not need to bring my shower seat with me. THE BUFFET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

The only difficulty I had was with the distance the shower handle was from the seat. It is hard to reach up and to hold with one hand if unable to do so. My husband helped me.

Pleasantly surprised

No respect for our Family
Pros:

Be careful they will remove you and your family from the hotel even if you have paid for your room and show proof. The system was constantly down and our air conditioner kept going in and out.

Pros:

Jamelle or Jamell ( the shuttle driver) is the kind of driver and worker every company wishes they had: genuinely friendly, always moving with purpose, and clearly proud to do the job well. Even though he’s only been here about two weeks, you can already tell he’s the heartbeat of the team—his coworkers talk about him like he’s been a staple for years. What impressed me most was that he never gave off that awkward “waiting for a tip” vibe; he helped with bags naturally, didn’t hover for money, and you could see he was focused on service, not a payout. When he’s not running the shuttle, he’s picking up trash, staying busy, and never just sitting around, which says everything about his work ethic and why he deserves to be noticed—and promoted.
