Pros:

Lovely facility, nice helpful staff

Cons:

One of our party went shopping and called for a ride back. Shuttle driver was sent to wrong location. Took over 45 mins to get back to hotel.

Quiet convenient great staff
Pros:

This trip began with loss of a cell phone 5 hour delay at airport rental car not ready waited another hour outside in 95 degree at car park. The staff were exceptional assisting in the return of my phone, their attitudes and helpfulness. The entire front desk crew should be commended for their attitudes and respect. Thank you all!!!

First night was not good (see above)...the second night was fine.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the location was good for our travel purposes. We liked the fact that we were assigned a new room when we requested it the following morning...but we do not understand why we (or anyone) would be assigned a room that known issues with mold.

Cons:

Upon opening the door to our first floor room, there was a strong moldy smell throughout the whole room, especially the bathroom. When requesting a new room the next morning for our second night, we were told that these first floor rooms had smells related to sewage problems from a "private property" next to the hotel. They knew of this problem yet still assigned us a bottom floor room. Why? We were given a room on the third floor the following night and had no problem.

Location, Ladies at front desk were niceand helpful..,also the lady working in breakfast area works hard and very friendly..Rooms are large

Bad smell in the room ,I couldn't breathe, The pillows are not comfortable, The bed wasn't comfortable neither,The rooms aren't being cleaned all that well..Soiled stains on the couch,BREAKFAST all processed foods,Breakfast biscuits were to hard to eat,Stayed 2 days and they didn't have a different selection breakfast on day 2 ,the same nasty powder eggs hard biscuits and fake sausage, And the maintenance man very very disrespectful

Friendly stuff, clean place like new, delicious food
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spotless and very well maintained. The fresh, clean scent throughout the hotel and especially in the room was a wonderful touch and made the stay even more comfortable.

I also really enjoyed the breakfast experience. The buffet offered a great variety of delicious and fresh food. I asked one of the waiters if they could provide smoked salmon, as it wasn’t available at the buffet, and they arranged it for me immediately.

The service was attentive and professional, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciated the cleanliness, freshness, and excellent service.

Cons:

Nothing, I loved it, definitely I’ll visit again
