Cleaning starts too early! Housekeeping knocked on my door around 9 am already. They don't dust everyday.

Friendly Staff, Great Stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, this is my third stay at Pan Pacific and we will definitely be back. The staff at both the front entrance and reception were lovely, friendly and always positive, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

I also loved having access to the filtered water and ice station on the floor. It was such a simple touch, but incredibly convenient.

We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. There was a great selection to choose from.

The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

The only disappointment was when we decided to stay an extra night. I called the hotel directly the day before and was advised that if I became a member, I could book another night for a certain rate. However, when I checked Booking.com, the same room was available for less and included complimentary breakfast. In the end, I had to make a separate booking through Booking.com. Thankfully, the hotel was able to keep us in the same room for both nights, which I really appreciated.

On our first night, we called operations to request a knife, however it never arrived. We ended up using the small swiss bar knife from the room, which was quite dirty and needed a good clean before we could use it.

After our room was serviced during the day, we also noticed a small snack piece of seaweed left near our suitcases in the entrance area of the room. It wasn't a major issue, but something we noticed and put in the bin.

Overall, these were only minor things. We had a really enjoyable stay, the staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable, and we would happily stay here again.

Pros:

the room we had was excellent great view.

Cons:

getting a taxi or uber to come to the hotel is impossible because of travel congestion.
the queue for breakfast was very long, lucky we were able to go to lounge.

Perfect for a short stay and an event at the MCEC!
Pros:

The room and hotel are fantastic - clean and comfortable. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful and professional. We were attending an event at the MCEC and the location could not have been better!

Cons:

The pillows are feather pillows which are not my favourite, but otherwise no real complaints.

Cons:

Having to ask staff repeatedly for plates to be sent to our room and pointing out dirty floors for over 24hrs before they were cleaned.
Our room was entered twice while the "do not disturb" sign was on the door.
