Love Pan Pacific and its location!
Pros:

We love staying at Pan Pacific. The staff always go above and beyond to help. The buffet breakfast is great and rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

Sometimes the rooms could do with a better clean (dust and hairs).
The restaurant needs to update their chairs. You literally sink into some of them they are so old.

Perfect location, lovely spacious room and the bed was super comfy.
Pros:

Bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved the automatic blockout blinds, haven’t slept in so late in years.
Also loved the comfy chair that I turned to enjoy the view while sipping bubbles

Cons:

The chrome cast didn’t w, had to try it multiple times, before it eventually worked. Would have been great if there was a pod coffee machine in room.

Perfect for comic con despite dated TV system
Pros:

It was very fancy I haven’t been to a hotel with such nice staff and the room was amazing

Cons:

The TV system is a bit dated by today’s Standards I wanted to watch a movie with my partner other hotels I’ve been to nowadays have Netflix stan and prime so I thought it’d be no different granted you can cast your phone to screen but it’s a major inconvenience when everyone is doing it at the same time cause you end up getting locked out until other people are off of it
