Amazing location, amazing staff, the pillows are the best part
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very lovely people, they went above and beyond for us getting a porta cot for us.

Friendly service and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

The beds were super comfy, staff were lovely and attentive, view from our room was excellent, facilities were clean and modern. Bathtub was a good size and the included bath salts were great for a soak after a busy day at the convention centre. We paid for valet parking and they had our car outside and ready for us on the morning of checkout which made everything much smoother and more relaxed for our drive home.

Cons:

Took a couple of days to get some face washers put in our room, there were some water marks on the ceiling, and some of the lights were flickering (bed reading light/bathroom mirror light).

Easy access to Conference Center. A short walk to an outlet mall and food court/ outlets. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

No pool. Poor service from Hotel's restaurant.... ( ignored twice while waiting for a seat while restaurant was clearly not busy).

Pros:

The service was phenomenal, the staff couldn't be nicer, the view in the panorama room was beautiful. The bath with the view of the river was amazing. The complimentary option of having a bath butler and a supper service is next Level.

They checked out same time and just impatient and rude beyond words It unfortunately painted Pan Pacific in a dim light you should pass my comments on. Who do they think they are pathetic never flown with them and on this encounter never will

overall, it doesn't quite measure up to the Pan Pacific in Asia.
Pros:

There is nothing worth mentioning.

Cons:

1, Even though the room was on the 17th floor, noise from the M1 traffic still filtered through, especially the roar of motorcycles passing by late at night.
2, When we returned to the room, we found the bathrobe from the night before exactly where it had been left, and the used-up toothpaste hadn't been replenished for two days.
3, The pillows were uncomfortable, we asked for two extra memory foam pillows, but there was only one left.
4, It took three attempts to get a working key card that granted us access to the club lounge. However, on the day of checkout, we found ourselves unable to open the room door, the front desk staff updated the card and accompanied us upstairs, but after another failed attempt, he ultimately had to use his own card to let us in, admitting he had no idea why this was happening.
5, Dock 37 Bar and Kitchen offers a 10% discount to members. On our first visit, fried calamari wasn't available, and a server insisted at checkout that we ask the front desk for a discount voucher - though it turned out not to be necessary. When we returned on the third day, we were informed after placing our order that the oysters were sold out, and the lobster was merely mediocre.

Overall great, but for the price it was quite disappointing that we couldn't stream or rent any movies as there were a set number of chromecasts for the hotel that were all in use. When we called there was no alternative offered
