Ich würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Barrie aus dem genannten Grund wohl ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Das Personal (besonders Lauren) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren fallen so laut ins Schloss, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war, solange andere Gäste noch ein- und ausgingen. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Fantastic 4 days.
Pros:

Clean, great location. Employees were awesome and friendly. We stayed several days and really liked the place overall.

Cons:

Minor things! Parking can be a struggle and back lot feels very isolated at night.

Weird room layout
Pros:

Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was adequate and had enough variety.

Cons:

Hotel is dated and needs renovation. Layout of room was a bit weird because the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom.
This made things a bit inconvenient since we were sharing the room with our adult kids and getting ready took longer than expected because of the room layout.

A decent dog friendly hotel
Pros:

It was clean,staff were friendly. There was continental breakfast and the timing was good. There was fresh coffee 24 hours. They had a poop disposal bin for dogs.

Cons:

The back area for dogs was a bit small. There were only western omelettes and sausage for breakfast. A better option would have been scrambled eggs and bacon for my liking.

Prettig verblijf maar toch wat aan de dure kant
Pros:

Locatie, gemak van inchecken en prettige sfeer
De hele dag kon je koffie en thee pakken in de lobby

Cons:

Karig ontbijtbuffet zonder kaas of vleeswaren
Geen toiletborstel aanwezig
Toiletpapier werd niet aangevuld door housekeeping (terwijl bijna op)
Handdoeken werden niet altijd vervangen, 1 dag is de schoonmaak niet heel

Not a pleasant experience
Pros:

Given a free upgrade no hand soap, no tissue, broken toilet needed plunging twice. Noisy water taps.
Hotel is getting very tiered looking.
When we complained at front desk on check out they were sorry but still charged us for a pop.

Nice place, but could be better.
Pros:

Clean and good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Paper plates at breakfast and wooden cutlery that’s pretty useless. For the price of the stay, I would expect proper plates and cutlery.

Also, maybe refrain from having a staff meeting in the main seating area, away from customers ears.

Great location ,clean, super friendly staff but noisy as well

Great location, set off the main drag so it worked great for me

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel seems to have not thought about soundproofing when they built it.. lots of noise could be heard all night from a couple arguing to door slamming and weird white noise from somewhere below our room

Disappointed birthday boy as pool was out of service.
Pros:

Our room was clean and a nice size for a family of five. The staff were incredible and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were out of service which was the reason we booked this hotel. The third party booking service didn’t have it on their website and even that day promoted the pool on site without notice the pool was out of service.

Pull out couch was the most uncomfortable bed.
