Thank you
Not far from the town and beach
The amount of space in my room was impressive, comfy bed and table and chair sitting space.
Everything was fine
Meals good
Lack of staff on breakfast duty. Only one person doing everything delay in clearing tables etc.
Very good
Coffee machine was broken
Great location, pool and rooms
The restaurant was ok but not a lot to choose from, I thought it would be more upmarket
Location was good. Town beach is so lovely. Lots of history .Close to shops and the beach. I liked that they had a micro wave and utensils in the room so you could cater for yourself and not pay a fortune for take away .I was allowed to change rooms when my room ceiling fan was found to be not working so that was good Thankyou!
After the scenic views from the Mangrove I was a bit disappointed not to have better views from the hotel. I thought I had booked Oakes Cable Beach but that was my fault. When I asked if I could transfer over to Oakes Cable Beach they said it was not possible.
Bed was very comfortable, facilities were good.
Tv in the bedroom didn't work, had to reset system to get hot water, no info about wifi. A bit outdated.
Clean and quiet. Not too far from town center
Getting a taxi to the airport. Front staff should have engaged more. It is not unusual for a guest to need a ride to the airport

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and there was plenty to do and see nearby, within walking distance or a short taxi ride.
The mattress was firmer than I'd like, but that's just personal preference. The sheets were clean and the pillow was very comfortable.
Staying for a week for business, restaurant is a one star affair, don’t waste your money, go into town for your dine in needs. Internet is just sh*t. Want to relax and watch some sports? Sorry no can do, they offer foxtel as part of your stay but since they have upgraded the TV’s to smart tv’s you cannot connect to the internet! Well that is their excuse, I suspect they have just stopped paying for Foxtel. Pools are ok, but honestly for the money you pay go somewhere else, you will get more value.
