Desayuno. La atencion y variedad en el desayuno fueron lo mejor por lejos del hotel.
Poca atencion, creo que por haber tomado la reserva a traves de Booking.com , el hotel no tomó en cuenta nada de la comunicacion previa y el servicio fue poco personalizado.
98% of staff were most amazing, Menzi and Carmen were the cherries on top ! Made me feel at home. Oh and the wonderful in room dining lady sweetie pie I didn’t get your name ( am so sorry) we also spoke like we knew each other that’s why i didn’t even get her name. She sang and danced as if it were her birthday ..I laughed so much ..I was generally most overwhelmed by the awesome customer service I experienced.
The staff to be honest! Menzi is CEO of guest experiences, Carmen is CEO of Breakfast service. One other person the gentleman that kept the mimosas flowing on last day at breakfast because I disclosed I am a nervous traveller -You Rock rock star. Once again I didn’t get your name because after all you all treated me like you knew me as a family member and hence the names were never shared. Just solid South Africans happily serving others - true gems indeed. This is rare in SA. Take it from someone who eats out and dines out a lot!

Service, quality of food, excellent facilities and amenities. We were celebrating our 10 th anniversary ( we had spent our wedding night at the one and only) and the staff truly made it special.
Our room had smell of cigarettes that was either conning though the vents or form people smoking downstairs
The location was excellent, the rooms beautiful, facilities excellent but most of all the staff made this hotel exceptional. The greetings, personal touches from the minute we arrived. We all said we thought it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in overall.
The hotel bar closed a little too early for us at night but that’s because we are night owls

The staff are very mixed. Excellent around the pool, others had an arrogance about them. Once certain issues were raised, senior staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating
Still one of the best family options in CT. Love the resort and proximity to VNA, the spa was fabulous and ROOI was amazing. Will be back as usual - Rashin Maharaj
The breakfast could have more variety

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely exceptional. Our room was beautiful…spacious, immaculate, with top-quality bedding and furnishings — and the view over Table Mountain and the marina was incredible. Every detail felt luxurious, and we especially loved the thoughtful little gifts and sweet treats left in our room each evening.
Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a fantastic selection and excellent service from the breakfast team, who were always so friendly and attentive.
We also used the gym several times during our stay and were really impressed as hotel gyms can be hit and miss - it’s well equipped and far better than you’d expect from a hotel gym.
The pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to relax, and we also had dinner at the hotel one evening, which was absolutely gorgeous.
The location is fantastic too — an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront, making it so convenient to explore.
We did have one small mishap with a booking, but the team handled it brilliantly and went above and beyond to make it right. It didn’t impact our stay at all and actually showed how much they care about their guests. They also helped organise a fantastic trip to Cape Point, which was seamless and memorable.
Overall, a truly top-notch experience with exceptional service, beautiful rooms, amazing food, great facilities and a perfect location. Thank you for such a lovely stay — we’ll definitely be back!
Everything about this property is like a top notch, very exceptional staff, thanks to a very good front desk team FEROUS and co.
Unfortunately my only concern is a staff named MELISSA! She has a very bad attitude and a bad way of treating and attending to a guest. I think the manager should advise her to take her bad attitude home not in such a beautiful place.
