Cons:

Poor attitude of Female receptionist unhelpful when I asked about use of the Spa very dismissive. The gentleman who met us when we arrived lovely gentleman she tarnished the experience

Die Lage, das Flair, das grandiose Frühstück.

Cons:

Die 2 Damen an der Rezeption: für ein 5Stern Hotel war die magere Freundlichkeit nicht angebracht. Es wurden keine Getränke angeboten, die Begrüßung war nicht herzlich und unpassende Belehrungen.

Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es für unseren Geschmack ein wenig zu dunkel.
