Pros:

ich habe bereits zum dritten Mal im Amano übernachtet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäfte zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Andere Stadtteile Berlins sind leicht mit der UBahn oder SBahn erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, bequeme Betten und ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage.
Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Gute Lage - aber Service könnte besser sein.

Die Lage ist top. Das Zimmer war schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein paar Vorfälle während des Aufenthalts. Der Service ist mittelmäßig, da man kaum Ansprechpartner antrifft und diese sich nicht untereinander austauschen. Das hat viel Zeit gekostet.
Zudem war in einer Nacht bis 2h so laute Musik in der Bar, das schlafen kaum möglich war und das, obwohl unser Zimmer nicht mal direkt über der Bar war.
Trotzdem bin ich immer gerne hier.

Preis Leistung stimmt. Es ist günstiger als viele Hotels in der Umgebung aber auch nicht ganz so gut. Man merkt den Unterschied in vielen Bereichen.

Cons:

Ich habe im Vorfeld zwei Mal Nachrichten per WhatsApp von ausländischen Nummern bekommen die mich aufforderten meine Kreditkarten Daten für meine Buchung bei Amano anzugeben. Ich habe davon beide male screenshots an das Hotel geschickt und immer nur eine automatische Antwort bekommen und den Hinweis ich könnte es ja an das Datenschutz Team weiterleiten. Ich finde ehrlich gesagt, dass das nicht meine Aufgabe ist. Hätte mir da mehr Kommunikation gewünscht.
Ich finde wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Dusche im Schlafbereich ist. Also wenn man mit jemandem ins Amano verreist sollte man ok damit sein beim duschen keine Privatsphäre zu haben. Es gibt leider keinen Kühlschrank. Die Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut und so richtig kühl ist es auch nicht geworden obwohl gerade keine Hitzewelle war. Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb, freundliche aber unaufmerksame Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption. Dafür dass so sehr versucht wird hochwertig und luxuriös zu wirken hat es uns etwas enttäuscht. Aber wie gesagt, für den Preis passt es eigentlich.
