I will come and stay again!
Pros:

I had a very comfortable apartment, staff was very helpful and prompt, service for food n drinks was good. Only housekeeping was a little lax in cleaning the room.

Good hotel, good location, lovely staff but let down by poor wifi and sloppy room cleaning.
Pros:

Good cafe downstairs, decent location, with great access to Lime Bikes to get around, a tram stop and U Bahn nearby too. Staff were friendly and helpful, and let me leave my bag before check-in. Clean hotel and rooms, safe area - well, it felt safe to me - and nice rooftop bar to chill out in the afternoon.

Cons:

Terrible Wifi. Absolutely atrocious. I was told maybe because the hotel was busy. I tried it at 3 am after a night out, and it was still terrible. Fix the Wifi! And the cleaner did clean the room, but failed to top up the shower gel for two days running. And they failed to replace the coffee pods in the small drawer beneath the machine. Once mentioned at reception, it was fixed. But having to ask negates the star rating of the hotel.

Ein tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel, die Lage, das Zimmer, das Frühstück haben uns sehr gefallen. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, supernette Mitarbeiter, einfach klasse, alle Altersklassen, mit und ohne Kinder, mit und ohne Hunde, sehr international, sehr chillig, jederzeit wieder!!

Cons:

Nach der ersten Übernachtung wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, keiner konnte sagen, warum nicht!
Wir haben gezielt nach einem zenralen Hotel mit einer Parkmöglichkeit gesucht, erst nach dem Bezahlvorgang wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass leider kein Parkplatz mehr für uns frei ist. Vorher hätten wir in jedem Fall woanders gebucht. So mussten wir unseren PKW im Q-Parkhaus Am Alexanderplatz mit Mehrkosten und mit wesentlich mehr Aufwand parken.

Gute Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig.Frühstücksauswahl eher klein, sber gute Qualität. Silent Garden sehr schön.

Zum Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da wir außer beim Frühstück bei der Abfrage der Zimmernummer niemanden persönlich erlebt habe. Alles online, unpersönlich. Kein "Auf Wiedersehen" o.Ä. als wir die Schlüsselkarte eingeworfen haben. In der Preisklasse erwarte ich mehr.
Zimmer ok. Wenig Schrankkapazität. Keine vernünftigen Haken für Handtücher etc. im offenen Badezimmer. Konzept offenes Bafezimmer mit Riesenspiegel gegenüber Dusche für Paar ok, in anderen Konstellationen ggf. unglücklich.

Comfortable hotel with a lovely secret garden very well located in Mitte.
Pros:

Everything is excellent except that I would rather have a shower stall and not a bathtub because I found getting in of the bathtub was difficult and somewhat dangerous (high step in and out and slippery surface.

Cons:

See my comments above concerning the bathtub vs. a shower stall.

Also, the pillows could have been firmer and bulkier.
