Leider war das erste Zimmer überhaupt nicht runter zu kühlen.
Nach Zimmer tausch war dies besser aber bei weitem nicht optimal.

Hôtel simplement excellent !
Pros:

Excellent établissement, parfaitement situé, à proximité d'une station U-Bahn. Propre et très calme, chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon, servi à partir de 6h00. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Parfait !

Pros:

Все прошло отлично, все понравилось. Недалеко Ботанический сад. Есть платная парковка на территории отеля, а можно припарковать недалеко от отеля бесплатно. Вкусные завтраки.

Die Lage ist für unsere Pläne in Berlin immer hervorragend, das Frühstück ist sehr gut

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste einmal renoviert werden (Fliesen in der Dusche sind recht abgenutzt). Das Internet ist nicht gesichert und sehr schwach, man muss ständig darauf achten, noch im WLAN zu sein.
Der Service im Frühstücksraum ist sehr laut und rücksichtslos, das Geschirr wird auf die Wagen geknallt, das ist sehr nervig.
