Totaal gebrek aan empathie.

Mooi gebouw, al zijn we niet verder gekomen dan de ingang

Cons:

Ik had blijkbaar geboekt op de verkeerde dag. De baliemedewerker vond dat blijkbaar heel grappig. Hoewel ons italiaans meer dan behoorlijk is, bleef hij verder gaan in een slecht soort Engels. Hij wilde ook direct nieuwe kamers voor ons boeken en dat zou ons dan 240,00 € kosten. Omboeken was niet mogelijk hoewel er kamers vrij waren. Ik heb de fout gemaakt om de reservering niet goed te controleren, maar met enige empathie en een eventuele beperkte opleg, was voor alle partijen beter geweest. Wij hebben direct een ander hotel geboekt en gevraagd via booking voor een deel terugbetaling. We wachten nog steeds op antwoord van het hotel....

I arrived with two small kids, the room was perfect for us, well enough space. The breakfast was celebrated all the way back to bologna.

The TV did not work. The shower wasn't the best and the nozzle was broken.

Vista al frente muy buena. A 3 cuadras de la estación de Tren.

Cons:

Lejos del Rho feria. No hay infraestructura en esa cuadra o cerca. Poca oferta de comida en el menú de la cena. Poca iluminación en el comedor en la cena parecía un lugar deshabitado. Ruido de la calle en las habitaciones que dan al frente.

Nice and clean hotel
Pros:

It was really close (walking distance) from Rho train station, which was easy to move around.
The room was clean and very nice and the bed was super comfy.
It included breakfast and it was good!

Cons:

Everything was great. Just consider that Rho is kind of far from Milan and after 10pm there are not many things to do or eat

Pros:

Die Dame beim Frühstück war die erste lächelnde Person, die ich vom Hotelpersonal gesehen habe.

Cons:

- Mangelnde Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption
- 1 Schlüssel für 4 Personen (man brauchte allein schon 2, damit der Strom funktionierte)
- in die Jahre gekommen, gute Basis, schlecht gepflegt
- Frühstück war nicht gut

Sehr grosse Zimmer & ruhiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr grosse, schöne Zimmer mit riesigen Fenstern. Trotz vieler Gäste ist es extrem ruhig. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Gratisparkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Praktisch ist auch, dass sich im gleichen Komplex ein Supermarkt befindet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hat aber nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl und insgesamt ein umfangreicheres Frühstück gewünscht. Die Bahn ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und bietet eine gute Verbindung ins Zentrum von Mailand.

2ème séjour et nous y reviendrons.
Dans un endroit calme, les chambres sont spacieuses, nous avons eu une très belle salle de bain, avec une douche double.
Jolie terrasse où l'on peut admirer la chaîne des Alpes enneigées.
Petit déjeuner correct.
Hygiène irréprochable.
La gare se trouve à 5mn à pied. En 20mn vous êtes à Milan. Des allers-retours dans la journée, sont tout à fait gérables, vu les prix des hôtels à Milan.
Nous recommandons cet établissement.
