Eco-tourism rate of Puerto Iguazú will be charged at the hotel at the time of Check-In. The cost is USD 1.30 per person per night, with a maximum of 2 overnight stays. For the money I would consider somewhere else as a couple with no children
Pros:

The pool areas were really pretty even though the main pool area only had the middle section heated enough to be comfortable. The taxi service at the hotel was probably the best thing about the place and very convenient.

Cons:

Very family friendly which is nice for families but the main pool area had lots of kids and was loud and no room in the middle section that was the only area heated. There is an adults only bar and pool area but it was on the opposite side of the site to our room which took quite a while to walk to so it wasn’t convenient for us. Also our room was next to an elevator that constantly buzzed extremely loudly every time someone used it so throughout the nights and early mornings I was woken up a lot. The staff were okay but didn’t respond to a request or question I had on their messages and left me on read. Also I asked for some ice after my husband slipped on their slippery stairs and there was no concern they just said go to the kitchen. Also the dinner service at the restaurant was a bit average. No one was rude or anything but kind of just short and not as good as other places and for what we paid. I would say there’s probably better places to stay for the money. Do your research especially as a couple without children.

Cons:

Sólo dos cosas, extractor de aire de mi baño estaba malogrado y las toallas de la piscina estaban viejas.

A good place to stay when visiting Iguazu

Excelente!
Pros:

Las piletas en ese entorno natural son fantasticas! Para aprovechar la pileta solo adultos, mucho más tranquila. El spa muy bueno. El desayuno super completo hasta con productos regionales.

Cons:

El bar de la piscina fue lo que mas me "decepcionó" en cuanto a presentación y calidad de la comida y por ejemplo no tenían algo tan simple como una Coca Zero, cosas que pasan, pero un punto a mejorar tal vez.

Cadre enchanteur dans un écrin naturel unique

Le cadre est tout simplement féerique. Les installations offrent un très grand degré de confort. Serviabilité très élevée malgré une absence complète de compréhension en dehors de l’espagnol

Seul point noir : La cuisine (Naipi restaurant) n’est pas au niveau. Aucune saveur. Aucune originalité. Et finalement trop cher pour la valeur dans l’assiette

Pros:

The staff were so lovely and helpful it really made the stay for us. The room was clean and beautiful too. We loved breakfast and the pools were fabulous especially the heated one ... the children loved it. I really liked the WhatsApp messages about the daily activities too

Cons:

My only complaint was that when I asked to use an iron i would have had to pay for the item to be taken away and ironed. In all the hotels ive stayed at either an iron is present in a room ... or you call reception to use one. I think this should change as anyone with clothes in a suitcase needs an iron...
The last thing is more of a suggestion.... I think physical menus are a must to have the option... I really dislike looking at them on a tiny phone and whilst I get its easier for the hotel a few spare menus should be available
