The location of this hotel was one of its biggest advantages, as it is conveniently situated just two miles from the Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to enjoy all the attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment while avoiding the heavy traffic and crowds. Another standout feature was the secure parking, which provided peace of mind throughout the stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with cozy beds and soft pillows that made it easy to relax and sleep well after a busy day. Overall, the hotel offered a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay near the Las Vegas Strip.
One downside of our stay was the elevator situation. Of the two elevators in the hotel, only one was operational, and even that did not seem to be functioning properly. When we tried to get to our room on the fourth floor, the elevator repeatedly returned to the first floor instead of going to our selected destination, and at times it would simply stop without moving at all. Hopefully, the hotel will repair the elevators, as reliable access to guest rooms is an important part of a comfortable stay.
Every experience of this hotel thus far has been amazing! From all staff interaction, to the food, to the room, and the overall atmosphere. This hotel is a must stay if you're in Las Vegas! Alisa was an absolute delight! She had such a positive vibe 😁 Not only is she an excellent server, but also an amazing cook. I will absolutely be coming back to this hotel again. I cannot give this place and their staff enough praise. As a a hotel manager, I see everything that they are doing right. I am enthralled with the positivity and the care that they put into our stay. My husband and I chose this hotel to come and stay for our 15 year wedding anniversary, and from the start we were treated like royalty by Jaya. Then we got up to our room to find a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Everything has been perfect! I can't imagine my husband and I having gone anywhere else for this special occasion. 🩷
Beds were comfortable.
It felt more like a motel than Hotel. The location was very dim and isolated. No housekeeping after 4pm. Also for most of the weekend only one elevator was working.
First of all, this is a lovely hotel which I've stayed at before. But this time was especially important because I left my cell phone in the cab that brought me there at 1:00am. And I paid cash and didn't know the name of the taxi company. It was thanks to the hotel staff -- Marci, the manager, and Brian a tech person, who helped me get it back. It took some doing but they just got to it. Thanks to them I found the right T-Mobile office to disconnect the number, I learned about taxis in Vegas and how they handle left items (I assumed it was unrecoverable), and got the security camera photos of the cab. Brian went to work on this and he ultimately got a clear picture of the cab number and cab company and the exact time it happened. At every step these two people were extremely helpful and kept up my spirits. I had all of my trip photos on the phone and foolishly hadn't PIN protected it (I know... but it's a long story, and I learned my lesson) so anyone could get my contacts list and view all the text messages, which was very disconcerting. But once we had the critical information it was a matter next of connecting with the taxi company, which we found had been bought by another company, and contacting them and then talking with the person who handled this the following day. When I called him back to check how it was going, he just said, "I have it in my hand." It seemed almost miraculous. So thanks again to Marci and Brian and Hilton too which created the kind of culture where caring and kindness seems to be the norm. And thanks to the cab company too -- from the driver up to management who recovered this. Smiles all around! Bless you all.
Inside is very clean !!
Homeless around there
Accueil courtois
Parking un peu cher
Everything was clean and comfortable. Upon check in we each got a free oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and they were delicious! Our room had a view of the sphere which was cool, but I wouldn't walk the neighborhood at night. The street it was on was very dark and had a lot of rundown houses. Definitely take an Uber around at night.
They had two elevators but only one was working so sometimes you'd have to wait for a bit. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. Only took an Uber because we didnt trust walking the neighboring streets at night.
Room and bed were comfortable and clean and the AC worked great. Parking was very easy, clean, and secure. We were within walking distance of a lot of things
The check in process was a little confusing. The booking website told us 3 PM and the hotel told us 4 PM when we arrived at 3. We ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour until we could check in.
The location is fine. There are garages at the hotel where you can park for free during the day. Overnight parking is for a fee.
The air conditioner in the room was noisy the whole night, even though it was turned off. We had to sleep with earplugs. The breakfast was not an open buffet but an à la carte menu, and it was not included.
Close to the strip
In the ghetto. Literally crack heads across the street
Alisa was a pleasure to talk too very friendly and personable. The wait for the our wasn’t long either I want to thank Alisa and the chef perdro.
Staff were very friendly, on-site parking was a bonus (for a fee).
Upon check in to our room, the bedding was dirty and appeared not to have been changed. We moved to another room but there were long dark hairs in the shower tray, which I cleaned myself. Breakfast was cooked to order which was good but no buffet, coffee was additional charge.
Location is kinda crazy
Only one elevator that took forever to get to one place you had to take a good 1520 minutes just to get to the bottom floor
Comfortable and quiet.
Rude staff, hard to find parking coming in late. Unclear of how to check in. Online check in not working.
