La ubicación
El hotel no tenía aire acondicionado en los pisos ni en el ascensor, no tenía lobby porque esta en plena remodelacion, había mucho escándalo por la construcción, adicional que te cobran 27$ diario de estacionamiento y en la página en ningún lado mencionan eso.
Pague por 2 noches para poder hacer checkin temprano y cuando llegue tenía mi reserva cancelada, la chica del front desk simplemente se desentendió y me dejo ahí que esperara por El manager.
Was unable to stay. Hotel was not in conditions to receive guests. Awful experience. Was told initially that all would be ok after 4 and it was worse than before. I have pictures. Do not charge me for a deceptive promotion.
I was unable to stay at the property and had to book elsewhere. This property was under construction and the facilities were unavailable (I have pictures). Reception was covered and the front was completely closed out. Was told that to go to the pool to go around the property to get to it. Had to leave.

Had to pay $27 per day for parking. Breakfast NOT included, which I thought was mentioned on Booking .Com.
People were nice and their breakfast was really decent for what it was there was no bugs so that was a plus and it was clean and it smelled good

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and well cared for.
What really made the stay special was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel valued.
A special shout-out to Roberta in the dining section, who provided truly exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of with a smile. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and added an extra touch to an already fantastic experience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, attentive staff, and genuine hospitality made for a memorable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
Great location
Very disappointing experience. The hotel was under renovation, the elevator was extremely dirty and looked like something out of a horror movie, and I could hear constant hammering from my room. I paid for breakfast, but the staff told me I couldn’t have it without even checking my reservation first. On top of that, I wasn’t allowed to take my breakfast back to my room. Definitely not the experience I expected.
Amazing location. 10-15 min far from Disney Parks. 7 min from Disney Springs. Close to everything one may need.
Room carpet was super dirty. Staff should regularly clean the carpet.
Clean and comfortable, no conditioner left in bottle. No hairdryer. Coffee maker did not work. It served our purpose for being close to airport after a late flight
