Not Hilton Quality. Dangerous Parking
Pros:

Parking is a nightmare, not safe. The only parking was in a dark alley behind the back of the hotel.
The rooms AC would not allow us to control the temp. Stayed on 69 the whole stay. Rattled like an old truck with mostly loose parts. The desk clerk say we start renovations next week!
Our reservation said parking and breakfast included. The breakfast was for only one we had to pay for one. It was $15.95. Poured out of a carton eggs and cardboard sausage. They did end up comping the breakfast.
Really surprised for a Hilton.

Many other better options in immediate area
Pros:

Rooms old and poorly stocked. Parking is very expensive. Staff is indifferent and provides poor customer service. Many others bettter options in the same area.

Pros:

We got tickets to Disney world and this hotel seemed like a great fit for us! We had a great time and wonderful experience with the staff! Especially Daniela at the bar! She was absolutely fantastic, so personable and made our experience that much better! Thank you to the Hilton staff for giving us a welcoming place to back to each night!

Great location and super friendly staff
Pros:

Great location to allow you travels to sightsee Orlando. Super friendly staff; Sheridan is exceptionally nice, with a great attitude. The entire crew are so polite and welcoming; Franco (bartender is great). I didn’t get all names, but checked out Sunday May 31, guy working front desk and lady with red curly braids, both super amazing and so kind. Super clean gym (which I love, only negative is to keep the wet wipes bin full). Great pool and all amenities provided. Really enjoyed the food at the restaurant as well.
