It was ok but nothing to tell family or friends about

It was convenient to different businesses, restaurants, retail stores, etc

Cons:

I asked for 2 queen beds and when it was time for bed I noticed it was a queen and twin/full bed. The carpet was dirty,the tub water had black particles coming from it, the shower curtain rod and towel rack was rusty and out dated. I called front desk for an extra fitted sheet and was asked to come to the front desk when it’s a button on the telephone for room service..

Cons:

The property was very dirty, pool was unclean, hot tub was out of service. We stopped at the bar, bugs in liquor bottles. When requesting new bedding and hand soap for the bathroom that was empty, we had to go get it and take it to our room. Short staffed and rooms keys were not working cause major delays in check in and service

)I was given a roomnand the bathroon was not clean. There were 3 housekeepinf employeea exactlt outside my roo fussing aboutbwhobwas suppose to clean my room. I had to go to the check in desk 3 times to inquire just to be told we are working on it. Finally , I asked for the manager who actes like he didnt know what to do. I suggested how about you give me another room. Finally got my room and had to rush to get dress to make it to my event. It was totally uprofessional and no compensarion was offered and no apology from the manager. The housekeeper had the audacity to ask did I get the room clean and she was trying to help me out . Where does this happen in the hospitality business?

Overall, Great Rest
Pros:

Bed was so comfortable. I wish pricing would be the same at the counter as if would be on an app. Went to the desk at the hotel and she had nothing, but my son checked an app and they had a room at your hotel for $70 less.

We booked a junior suite for our stay, but at check-in we were given a handicap-accessible room with a bed set low to the floor — nothing like what we reserved. When I went back to the desk to ask what happened, staff explained that another guest had extended their stay, so our original room was given away and we were reassigned without any notice.
They offered a queen suite as a temporary fix and promised we'd be moved into the correct room the next day. The next day came and went — no room change. When I followed up, I was told it would now be another full day before we could move. At that point I'd had enough. There was no real solution being offered, just more delays, so we found another hotel, checked out early, and left.
If you book a specific room type here, don't assume you'll actually get it — and don't count on the staff to make it right if something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience.

Nice location with a large brewery next door.
