We booked a junior suite for our stay, but at check-in we were given a handicap-accessible room with a bed set low to the floor — nothing like what we reserved. When I went back to the desk to ask what happened, staff explained that another guest had extended their stay, so our original room was given away and we were reassigned without any notice.
They offered a queen suite as a temporary fix and promised we'd be moved into the correct room the next day. The next day came and went — no room change. When I followed up, I was told it would now be another full day before we could move. At that point I'd had enough. There was no real solution being offered, just more delays, so we found another hotel, checked out early, and left.
If you book a specific room type here, don't assume you'll actually get it — and don't count on the staff to make it right if something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience.

Nice location with a large brewery next door.
Pros:

I liked the room. 2queens. Family of 4. Lots of nice cabinets and areas to put our stuff away and relax.

Mold in vents- don’t stay here go to Suffolk riverfront
Pros:

I made mistake booking here wanted riverfront. This hotel made me allergic. I kept sneezing in room guaranteed mold in vents.

Cons:

Moldy musty in my room left 2h after check in go to Hilton Suffolk Riverfront.
