Pros:

Das Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Das Bett sehr bequem und groß gewesen.
Zimmer sind sehr sauber auch ein Dank an die Reinigungskraft.
Gepäckaufbewahrung war auch möglich, was super war nochmals die Stadt zu erkundigen.

Sehr nach zum Alexanderplatz und 150m entfernt ist der Tram.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte nach dem Duschen einen leichten Rohrgeruch.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Outside there was 40°and inside there was 33.. they dont put the ac cold enough. We had to checkout earliet because of that. Impossible to sleep in the heat.

Schon des öfteren hier übernachtet und gerne immer wieder!
Pros:

Ein Comfort Zimmer, das sehr gut ausgestattet war und alles bestens funktioniert hat.
Und das Frühstücksbuffet war wie immer sehr üppig, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem das vegane Angebot und auch die sehr üppige Ceralienecke fügen sich gut ein.

Konumu çok iyi. Temizdi. Her gün şişe su yenileniyordu.

Cons:

Check-in saati 15:00 olmasına rağmen odamıza 16:00'da girebildik. Otele saat 14:00'te gelmiştik.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Mieliśmy czysty, wygodny, duży pokój. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Jest parking. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Jest restauracja i bar, gdzie można wieczorem posiedzieć.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job our towels were replaced every day, and we received fresh bottles of water and coffee capsules daily, which was a thoughtful touch.

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel genuinely well looked after. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
