Bedbugs, do I need to say more?
Pros:

They had a fitness room and breakfast had a good variety.

Cons:

I am pretty sure their bed had bedbugs, since every time I would wake up I would feel my skin itching. This is very serious, hygienically and sanitarily. Also the staff was not friendly, one of the receptionists stopped me from going to my room until I showed him my ID, I've never been treated like this in a hotel, anywhere. Finally, the walls in my room had punch dents (???), I'm really? Painting with infiltration and so on...

Schönes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Bis heute früh war unser Eindruck sehr positiv. Wir hatten ein schönes und sauberes Zimmer, das Frühstück am 23.07.26 war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Am 24.07.26 haben wir extern gefrühstückt. Für heute, 25.07.26 hatten wir das Frühstück gestern Abend nachgebucht. Anscheinend ist diese nachträgliche Buchung nicht beim Frühstücksservice angekommen. Nachdem man unser Zimmer auf der Frühstücksliste nicht fand, sagte man uns, man würde es klären und wir sollten schon einmal zum Frühstücken gehen. Gerade stellte ich mein Frühstück zusammen, als eine Servicekraft zu mir kam und mich in einer Art und Weise ansprach, die mir den Eindruck vermittelte, sie würde mir unterstellen, dass wir uns eines Frühstücks bereichern wollten. Dagegen habe ich mich vehement verwehrt. Sicher kann es mal zu Unstimmigkeiten kommen, der Tonfall, die Wortwahl und der Habitus der Dame waren allerdings unverhältnismäßig. Sehr schade, dass hat unseren bis dahin positiven Eindruck des Hotels getrübt.

Pros:

Uitstekende kamer. Zonder schoonmaak krijg je compensatie drankje. Voor drie nachten is dat prima zonder schoonmaak.

Cons:

Waterkoker stond niet op de kamer , die werd bij vraag snel gebracht. Wc papier werd niet bijgevuld.

hvis man sagde noget til receptionen, blev det ikke gjort, og de virkede ligeglade, de sagde bare de havde sagt det videre, men intet skete og ikke deres problem så længde de havde sagt det videre. De manglede lidt team building

Für uns der perfekte Ort für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin

Lage und Parkhaus, Sauna und Fitnessraum, gemütliche Bar, appetitliche Speisekarte, tolles Frühstück, Roomservice und superfreundliche Mitarbeitende - es ist wirklich alles prima. Wir kommen immer wieder.
