Very nice stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks to Annisa & Haidar from Front office took great care of us.
I love the Grande Kemang. Location is perfect, right near shopping mall . Staff are very friendly, especially Haritz, Bunga and Rosita . The service is impeccable . Rooms are large and very comfortable. Its easy to sleep here as the beds are very comfortable. There is so much food and the prices are very affordable. I stay here several times / year . Never anywhere else !
Overall, during my stay here, there were no problems, the food was delicious, the room was tidy, all the staff were friendly, thank you to the FO staff, especially Anisa, Haidar and Sabrina.

The staff is the best part of the experience. Rama and the rest of the front desk staff were excellent. The front door men, the staff at breakfast, the staff at Oro restaurant and Christian and the staff at 1920s. Truly kind and hardworking.
The facilities itself were not that great. Small cockroaches in the room. Bedding and towels smelled odd. Corners and crevices caked with old guck from over the years. Definitely needs to be updated.

Great straight forward hotel in a good location.
The staff were lovely but the place was dirty. The carpets were filthy and thd doors in the public bathroom's were really dirty. It was very damp and smelt like cigarettes.
