Toxic and the beds were so old they were slumping. Doors to the rooms slam so loud.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

This place stunk of chemicals and sprays. The doors slam so loud they wake you up. They are remodeling, but it's worn out and nasty.

Pros:

It was a nice quiet location and room was clean. The breakfast was good. It is close to a few good restaurants and Starbucks across the road. Although less than 2 miles from downtown, it takes about 25 minutes due to the traffic.

Cons:

The phone in the room was not working and the front desk staff said they couldn't replace it till next day.
The AC/ heater in the room couldn't be controlled. From 69 degrees to 71 degrees either it would be very cold or blowing hot air. At night we went to the front desk to purchase an ice cream. When I opened the ice cream packet the stick fell off and it was half melted. I guess they are having issues since the place is being remodeled.
