The room was spacious & the bed very comfortable
Pros:

The location is great & close to shops & the freeway, The breakfast is okay…the kids love the waffles!

Cons:

I took a shower at 7:30 am & there was no hot water

Change out those carpets
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Hot tub n pool, great. Beds n rooms were very comfortable. Staff friendly n accommodating.

Cons:

There was no vent in restroom
Carpets in room; they have water stains either from cooler or maybe they get wet from people returning from pool. They are musty(at least in room we stayed. Not sure if we'll stay there again. Really Really need to get rid of carpets.

The start would have been nice if Rooms were cleaner. Unlike Hilton

Sofa couch was dirty, didn’t feel comfortable using sofa bed with stains on couch. Bathroom had ants and leaky shower 🥲🥲🥲

No daily housekeeping, need firmer pillows in the room, TVs in the lobby area would have been nice given it’s World Cup

Location was great, close to Pismo beach

Cons:

No daily room housekeeper unless requested by 9 am. We requested a little after but turned down. Too many wet towels in the bathroom, also from kids using the pool multiple times during our stay. Bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan.

Need firm pillows in the room. Both sets of pillows were too soft and no support.

Loved the beds I can’t get out of
Cons:

No hot water both nights, the refrigerator wasn’t very cold, the microwave was on the bottom shelf and not plugged in. We had to literally move it out of the way to another table to use it. And when we got ready to leave, the elevators went out.

One area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the hotel, as the room and common areas did not appear to be as clean as expected. Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing, and there were no lactose-free milk options available for my daughter, who is lactose intolerant.
