Ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick, hervorragendem Essen und einer modernen, gepflegt
Pros:

Uns hat der Aufenthalt rundum sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist modern und sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind wunderschön und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns das Essen – für ein All-Inclusive-Resort war die Qualität hervorragend. Alles war stets frisch zubereitet, das Buffet sauber und abwechslungsreich sowie sehr lecker. Auch am Pool wurden die Speisen bei jeder Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Trotz der Größe der Anlage waren sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand jederzeit ausreichend freie Liegen verfügbar. Insgesamt konnten wir eine Woche lang wunderbar entspannen.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist aufgrund ihrer Hanglage mit einigen steilen Wegen verbunden. Für uns war das jedoch überhaupt kein Problem und durch die wunderschöne Aussicht absolut nachvollziehbar. Lediglich der Kaffee beim Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt – ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.

אוכל לא טעים, קיבלו חדר עם נוף לים בהגדרה תכלס ראינו בעיקר גג, עברנו חדר, המפתח לא עבד, קיבלנו מפתח רגיל ואז השירות חדרים לא ניקו לנו... הפסקות חשמל נתקענו במעלית, דברים שביקשנו לא הגיעו לשירות חדרים. מלא הליכה ממקום למקום בתוך המלון, הכל בעליה.

Pros:

Food was very good . Very busy so staff seemed overwhelmed at times

Cons:

Very poor check in
Our room was outside the lift well which dinged every 30 seconds from 5.30am until 12mn . The noise was unbeatable . Check in staff were very dismissive of this .

Pros:

We stayed in Ella Alkyna for 1 week and it went amazing. The hotel itself located close a mountain\rock which is very beautiful ! All the rooms and facilities I've been to have a see view and it's just amazing and very relaxing big pro for that. The hotel has its private beach which is very clean and a big advantage. The food variety was also amazing, we enjoyed our stay there. I loved the rooftop bar and live music every evening , despite the adults only the is a quite place, if you want to dance and party you need to leave the hotel as this place is more for seniors and quite relaxing type of vacation. Also if you are willing to try the a la carte dinners recommend booking it as soon as you arrive to the hotel as it was quite hard to land a spot there .
P.s The most beautiful sunsets I ever seen in my life

Cons:

The room was quite small, even though we booked a deluxe room. Also, if you are travelling with a friend rather than a spouse or romantic partner, the open-bathroom concept may feel uncomfortable, so it is worth keeping in mind.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of entertainment and activities. We were given access to the app to book à la carte dinners and activities, but most classes were very limited — around three per day with space for only 10 people — so we were barely able to book anything during our stay.
For a hotel of this size, more daytime and evening activities would be a great improvement, such as extra yoga classes, pottery, cooking classes, or other entertainment options.

Kellemes nyaralás volt. Kiterjedt resort, hegyoldalban, nem kevés járkálást igényel. A FB részleg munkatársai nagyon kedvesek, akárcsak a golfkocsik vezetői. A szobából a kilátás gyönyörű. Az all inclusive nagyon jótékony dolog.

Cons:

Nincs kitáblázva a hotel, elsőre nehéz volt megtalálni. A bejáratnál és másutt is a hulladékot és a raktárakat illene jótékonyan eltakarni. Jó lenne minőségi, nem automata ķávéválaszték, akár felár ellenében. A recepciósok nem túl bőbeszédűek, fogd a qr-kódot és kész. A strandon lehetne több vízi eszköz, pl. gumimatrac a vendégek számára. Hajbalzsamot, fültisztítót, vattakorongot vinni kell. Szokatlan egy 5csillagosban.

The food could definitely be improved
Pros:

The hotel is nice, spacious, and offers beautiful views. However, the food could definitely be improved. For example, the fresh vegetables had no flavor, and the Greek dishes did not taste like authentic Greek food. One evening, we chose to eat outside the hotel for this very reason.

The staff should also work on their attitude towards guests. Some employees were quite unfriendly, and I am specifically referring to the Greek staff, not the international employees.

The only place where you can get a good coffee is at the reception bar. The coffee served elsewhere in the hotel is very poor and can hardly be called coffee.

We stayed for only three nights, and for us, that was enough.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The views from the room, restaurant and bars were amazing. The food was of very good quality for all inclusive.

Cons:

The facilities simply can’t cope with the number of guests. They’ve added too many rooms. People reserve sunbeds and nothings done about it. It takes SO long to get served a drink at the bars in the evening (about 20 mins to get served and 20 mins for drinks to arrive). They insist on table service but don’t have enough staff. There were several long power cuts which meant that the AC in rooms wasn’t working and we were eating meals in the dark and food was all cold (three meals in total). If this is frequent on the island, the hotel should have a back up generator. Most staff were great. But the reception staff are rude and don’t care. we told them about the issues and they just scribbled an “info@“ email on a piece of paper. Needless to say, I never got a response to my email. At over €500 a night, the hotel sadly fell WELL short of expectations. It leaves a sour taste. Would not recommend or go back.

Cons:

ריח ביוב כל הזמן בחדר ובשטח המלון. המתנה ארוכה לשירותי אורחים. טיפוס בעליה בין החדר לדלפק קבלה.

Lovely hotel but not ideal for those with food allergies.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the view was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was well decorated and designed.

Cons:

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with allergies. At the buffets, food was not labelled with allergens, you instead had to ask staff. However, due to the busy nature of the buffet, dishes were being moved around by other guests, and the staff were not very familiar with the menu- this meant I was being advised to avoid/eat the wrong dishes. Even minor things like having seperate spoons for each ice cream flavour would have made me more comfortable.

The beach area was not very pleasant as the beach and sea were littered - we saw rats there, which made us want to avoid it.
