Pros:

Хотелът е много хубав, има всички удобства и развлечения (групови тренировки, фитнес, спа, бар с хубава музика), храната е много обилна и вкусна, леглата са големи и удобни.

Cons:

Единственият недостатък е, че имаше дребни недостатъци в стаята (като капеща слушалка на душа и тн), които сякаш нямаха своевременна поддръжка, но тези недостатъци не бяха такива, че да се отразяват на цялостния престой и настроение, просто предвид цената и нивото не би следвало да ги има.

Marvellous hotel in one of the best locations on Corfu
Pros:

Fabulous location with incredible sunsets.
Amazing food and drinks, which is rare for all-inclusive hotels. Kitchen staff and bartenders are doing a fantastic job.
Live music every night - I loved the concerts at sunset!

Cons:

Everything was great, but the place might be not particularly suitable for people with limited mobility due to a very steep walk between buildings and to the beach.
Additionally, we had a delux room with sea view, but together with the sea view we got a view to noisy AC pipes on the restaurant roof, so we didn’t really spend any time on the balcony:(

Overall, nice hotel and location but the quality and staff care was simply not up to five star stan
Pros:

Good view, location and mostly friendly staff.

Cons:

They confirmed my return taxi to the airport, then when I got to the lobby to check out and leave they had nothing on system and my taxi 'didn't exist' - no real apology from them. We then were told we had to share a private taxi another couple had booked 20 mins later than our schedule, which led to an argument as the other couple rightfully were paying and expecting a private transfer and told they had to take us, luckily for us they were understanding and let us jump in. Additionally, both us and them had to pay the complete fare, no effort from the hotel to cover any of this. As this was our last interaction with them it was an excellent way to leave a bitter taste after what was a fun week.
