המלון מהמם נהננו מאוד תחזוקה יותר נכונה לחדרים והחוויה תהייה מושלמת.
Pros:

המלון מהמם, הנופים מטורפים, אוכל מצויין ועם מבחר ושפע, בר פתוח בבריכה בין הצהריים לערב.
הצוות היה מקסים ושירותי והחוף והבריכה היו מהממים.

Cons:

החדרים ברמה בינונית מאוד, לא נותנים תמורה למחיר והניקיון לא טוב.
היינו במלון שבוע שלם, לא הוחלפו מצעים אפילו פעם אחת (ביקשנו), המנקה רק מסדרת את המיטה, לא ניקתה אפילו את השולחן שאכלנו עליו טייקאווי (מפונה כמובן רק להעביר סמרטוט), השתמשנו במקלוני אוזניים וחלוקים והיא פינתה אבל לא שמה חדשים לאורך כל השבוע. יש עוד דוגמאות אבל הפואנטה עברה. חבל שרמת החדרים והניקיון לא תואמת את רמת המלון.

Everything was perfect ! We had an upgrade of our room as well which was such a nice surprise thank you ! The people in the hotel were great, drivers, reception, restaurant people and cleaning people as well. Thank you

Very Mouldy Hotel
Pros:

Great views and lovely pool. A very scenic hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The room we were initially given had a significant mould problem, so we asked to be moved. We were moved three times, but sadly, every room we were given still had a noticeable smell of damp and signs of mould.
Having to repeatedly pack up our belongings and move rooms was incredibly inconvenient and stressful, particularly when the underlying issue was never resolved. We expected a clean, safe and comfortable room, but instead spent a significant part of our stay dealing with this problem.

By the time we moved into the third room and were still immediately overwhelmed by the smell of damp, we realised that we were unlikely to find a room without the same issue. At that point, we felt we had no choice but to accept the situation and move on with our stay.

What makes this even more disappointing is that, having read other guests’ reviews, it appears that we are not the only people to have experienced problems with damp and mould. It is therefore frustrating to see Alkyna’s responses attributing the issue to Corfu’s humid climate and proximity to the coast.

I appreciate that Corfu is a humid, coastal environment, but having stayed in plenty of similarly humid places, I have never experienced three different rooms with the same damp and mould problem. Humidity may be a contributing factor, but it does not explain why guests are repeatedly being given rooms where this is an apparent issue.

We believe Alkyna should take responsibility for the condition of its rooms rather than simply attributing the problem to the local climate, and should look seriously at what can be done to address the underlying cause. Guests should be able to expect clean, comfortable and properly maintained accommodation, regardless of the climate.

Stunning hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

The location, views, scenery from the hotel are second to none, absolutely stunning. Perfect location for sunset every night. The staff were unbelievable, couldn’t do enough for us, the best staff we’ve ever had.

Cons:

The double bed was 2 single beds joined together, which I know is the norm in hotels, but it was uncomfortable. The food could definitely be a bit better, the variety wasn’t great.

Ottimo il ristorante Italiano, la qualità del buffet buona e con ampia scelta.
Bellissima la spiaggia e la veduta della baia.
La camera era ampia e confortevole.
Lo staff sempre disponibile, cordiale e sorridente.

Cons:

Le salite d'accesso alla spiaggia ed alle piscine, in alcuni tratti fin troppo ripide.
Orario del bar snack troppo limitato.

Payed for a private villa with pool … noth worthed 5000 euro for 7 days !!!

Location is perfect pool beach views all nice … tuk tuk service that takes you around the best :) very nice people very helpful !!!!

Cons:

Room service is very bad, clean service people Knock on door all day long even when u have don’t disturb sign on door … Towels are washed with water only NO soap smell very bad…food is OK nothing special ….

Pros:

I liked everything! I especially appreciated the wide variety of choices available for each meal. There were plenty of different options, so it was easy to find something that suited my preferences. The selection was diverse, and I enjoyed having so many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

כל המלון זה ירידות ועליות ברגל.
ביקשנו קלאב קאר שיקח אותנו מהחוף למטה ללמעלה, צריך לחכות המון זמן שיגיע, יש רק אחד על כל האורחים במלון. המלון לא נגיש. המון הליכה ברגל. הספא בתשלום! גם הבריכה הפנימית בתוספת תשלום מאוד גבוה!
לקחנו 2 לילות ולא הודיעו לנו שאנחנו לא נוכל להשתמש במסעדות, לטענתם צריך להזמין מינימום 3 לילות כדי שנוכל להיכנס למסעדות של המלון. האוכל סביר מינוס, זה החלק הכי מבאס. פעם הבאה נבחר מלון אחר.
