Hotel cu personal grec dificil, manager neadecvat!
Pros:

Peisajul și restaurantele!

Cons:

Camera, suita cu piscina privată , nu avea priveliștea spre mare!
Era cu priveliște spre un acoperiș cu solarii pe el, multă mizerie, ușa stricată la intrare, curățenie in cameră doar la sesizarea mea insistentă , sunat la recepție de 2- 3 ori!
Hotelul este situat intr- o zonă de munte, mai răcoare,dimineți foarte reci, mare agitată cu valuri!
Personal nereceptiv ,mangerul pentru reclamații , zâmbește și îți spune ca este normal!
Suntem turiști , știu că venim și plecăm!

Pros:

Yemekler, havuz, plaj ve genel olarak otel beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Açık büfe tercih etmek istemeyenler için çeşitli restoran seçenekleri mevcuttu, barda genel olarak her türlü kokteyl/alkolü bulmak mümkündü. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelimiz ana havuza yalnızca bir asansör mesafesindeydi, bu anlamda şanslıydık ve tesis içerisinde çok yürümemiz gerekmedi.

Cons:

Ne yazık ki asansörde kalmak gibi şanssız bir deneyim yaşadık. İlgili asansör oda katımıza çıkan tek asansördü. Bu sebeple alternatifi de yoktu. Bu durumu resepsiyonu arayarak bildirdik, çok üzgün olduklarını ve telafi etmek için neler yapabileceklerini yönetici ile konuşacaklarını belirttiler, herhangi bir dönüş olmadı. Hayal kırıklığı bir deneyimdi böyle bir otel için. Asansöre ilişkin teknik ekip gönderdiklerini gördük ancak yine de sorun tam çözülmüş gibi değildi.

4 gecelik konaklamamızın 2. gününde odayı temizletmek istedik, temizlik görevlilerinin sabahtan akşam 6'ya kadar odaya gelebileceğini belirttiler. Bu, gün içerisinde uyumak istesek vs. görevliler gelecek endişesiyle odayı kullanamamamıza sebep oldu. Bunu geçtik, temizlik geldikten sonra odaya girdik, çarşafın, yatak örtüsünün değiştirilmemiş olduğunu, iki kişilik oda için tek bir temiz havlu bırakıldığını gördük. Yani şöyle bir toplayıp çıkmışlardı, oldukça yetersizdi.

Otel merkeze neredeyse 40 dk bir araba yolu mesafesinde yer alıyordu. Her ne kadar otel shuttle'ları vs olsa da, merkeze kolaylıkla erişemeyeceğiniz bir konumda. Biz de sadece bir kez gidebildik. Bu sebeple tüm vaktimizi otelde geçirdik, ancak akşam saatleri için misafirlere sunulan etkinlikler fazlasıyla yetersizdi. İki gece dj performansı vardı, bunun dışında seçenek olabilecek bir etkinlik yoktu. Bu anlamda sıkıldığımız zamanlar oldu, herkesin de bizim gibi olduğunu gözlemledik.

Great location, beautiful beach, tasty food.
Pros:

The resort enjoys a fantastic location with stunning views. The beach directly in front of the hotel is beautiful, and the bars use premium branded spirits to prepare their cocktails, which is a nice touch. The food is consistently good, with a wide variety of tasty options.

The à la carte restaurants were one of the highlights of our stay. Both the Asian and Italian restaurants were excellent, offering delicious food and a great dining experience. The Mediterranean restaurant was enjoyable as well, although the portions were quite small compared to the others.

Cons:

At times, the staff seemed a bit overstretched, which made the service feel slower than expected. It appeared to be more of a staffing or management issue than a lack of effort from the employees themselves. Additionally, the orange juice served at breakfast seemed to be made from concentrate rather than freshly squeezed fruit, which would have been a nice improvement.

הגענו בעקבות המלצות ולצערנו התאכזבנו.
הדבר הטוב - הבריכות מעולות, הרבה מיטות שיזוף וחוף ים מושלם.

כל השאר טעון שיפור - זה החל מהרגע שהגענו ואמרו לנו שישתדלו להקדים את הצ׳ק אין, מה שלא קרה ובנוסף לזה גם החדר לא היה מוכן בזמן, לא התנצלו בפנינו, חיכינו רבע שעה בחום לשאטל שייקח אותנו לחדר, עלינו לשאטל עם הנהג ובשיא חוצפתו הוא החליט להוריד אותנו, ולאורך כל השהות הוא באופן הפגנתי התעלם מאיתנו כאשר היינו צריכים שאטל.
המלון בנוי על צוק ואין מעלית לבריכה ולים והכל ברגל, כל עלייה לאוכל או לחדר כרוכה במסע ואין באמת שאטלים זמינים.
בנוסף, אין שילוט ברור שמראה איפה אתה.
לגבי הספא - הספא לא כלול בחבילת הכל כלול, דבר מאכזב במיוחד מכיוון שמדובר בשירות בסיסי שיש בכל מקום.
שיא השיאים היה ביום האחרון - מעבר לזה שלא נאמר לנו במפורש מתי הצ׳ק אאוט, ב9 בבוקר המנקה נכנסה אלינו לחדר בלי הודעה בצעקות והתחילה לבדוק מתי אנחנו יוצאים, ואפילו לא התנצלה. וכמובן שוב חיכינו כמעט חצי שעה לשאטל שייקח אותנו לקבלה עם המזוודות.
לאורך השהות שלנו, הורגש שהעובדים בעיקר מזייפים חיוך ולא באמת רוצים לעזור לאורחים.
חבל שזאת החוויה כי למלון יש הרבה פוטנציאל שלא התממש.
