Disappointing. Definitely not 5 stars. A bad 3 at most.
Pros:

Location is beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful with our issues and understanding enough to give a refund for our stay. food is pretty good but we only ate once so can’t judge that much.

Cons:

I wouldn’t expect much..rooms were damp and dirty, sink was mouldy and bugs squashed on the walls, we changed rooms twice and it was the same in all rooms. The furniture is poor and the finish is poor it’s very budget and it wasn’t 5* standard at all, I’m not sure how they have that rating..hotel is also fairly unwalkable as it’s set across a lot of steep hills so you either have to hike a lot to get around or you have to wait for golf buggy drivers. Most staff I asked questions to had no idea of any answers such as bar closing times etc simple questions. We also waited about 30-40 min for someone to take us to our room when we checked in. We cancelled our stay and went elsewhere sadly.

Amazing sunsets, great facilities, super professional yoga teacher Brigita, had a really good quality holiday!
Pros:

Amazing sunsets, location in general, super nice and helpful staff, yoga classes with Brigita was insane!

Cons:

Too little choices/not flexible time on the trips. A la carte restaurants could improve their food really. Buffet was excellent.

Umas férias tranquilas e incríveis.
Pros:

Desde as instalações do hotel, a simpatia extrema de todos os empregados, a localização com uma vista maravilhosa, comida maravilhosa e com uma enorme variedade, aconselho muito este hotel. Sem dúvida que é maravilhoso para quem quer relaxar!

Це один із найкращих відпочинків і точно найкращих All Inclusive в якому я був, тому всім раджу
Pros:

Багато дуже гарних місць, чудові види, прекрасні заходи сонця, в більшості випадків чудові обіди та вечері (набагато краще за Єгипет або Турцію), смачні ресторани a la carte, регулярне прибирання, спортзал з рушниками і водою

Cons:

1. Планшет-термостат світиться, телефон світиться, датчик пожежної безпеки блимає - якщо прокинутись уночі, то може здатися на секунду, що ви десь в чорнобилі. Невже ніхто про це не подумав?
2. Більшість персоналу дуже активні намагаються допомогти, проте є і кадри, які виглядають занадто розслабленими на роботі. Можливо це особливості ментальності місцевих людей, але саме вони могли інколи просто проігнорувати прохання щось принести.
3. Асортимент на сніданку майже не змінювався. Яйця які мали бути 5хв або 7хв насправді всі були 10+
4. Пиво за програмою all inclusive майже безалкогольне, а нормального не можна було купити
5. На Roof Top Bar замовлення потрібно було чекати більше пів години, хоча на інших барах все ок

Хотілось би зазначити, що ці зауваження більше для адміністрації, щоб вони звернули увагу і стали ще краще. Вони зовсім не зіпсують вам відпочинок.

A great proposition with all-inclusive food & drinks, competitively priced
Pros:

We travelled in May which proved to be good value for money for an all inclusive package. The venue is well equipped with several bars & restaurants, a gym including free fitness classes (the yoga class was really lovely) and because it's adults only it was nice & quiet during the day, so a very relaxing holiday. The staff are all very polite, helpful and work hard to provide a good service. We enjoyed the DJs & live music in the evenings. Watching the sunset from the rooftop bar was wonderful. The room was very comfortable with a good size balcony / terrace.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were regular wafts of a sewage smell.
The bar in reception doesn't serve coffee until 9am, ideally this would be available earlier.
In the buffet restaurant I think they should have a self-service drinks stations for coffee / orange juice etc so guests can help themselves (if they want to).
For a 5* property I'd expect hair conditioner in the bathroom!
But these points didn't detract from our overall experience, we had a very enjoyable 4 nights here.

Definitely visit
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. The views were absolutely breathtaking - I honestly have no words to describe them. The entire hotel was spotless, the food was excellent, and the entertainment was 10/10. I sincerely hope to visit this wonderful place again in the future!

Pros:

Everything, the staff was amazing, our room with the infinity pool was perfect, the fridge was full of soda beers wine...
They delivered some fruits too to our room.
There's a big variety of restaurants and the buffet has a lot of choices.
The view is amazing, specially the sunset.

Fantastic views in a great location

Cons:

The staff were not helpful at all until the police showed up when we had a bracelet stolen out of the room and found our wallet that had the euros in on the floor lifted out of my partners bag.

A heavenly place
Pros:

An absolutely wonderful stay! Every expectation was met and exceeded. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was perfectly organized, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Truly a fantastic experience, and I would happily return.
