Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were given a room upgrade, which was a really nice surprise and much appreciated!

There was a good variety of drinks available, and the food was generally good. The à la carte restaurant is definitely worth visiting! We chose the Italian restaurant, and the food was excellent. It was one of the highlights of our stay.

Another great thing is that the staff can take you around the resort in golf carts if you ask. This is really helpful because the hotel is built on a hillside, with steep paths and quite long distances between some areas.

Cons:

The lack of freshly squeezed juice was disappointing, especially considering the price and standard of the hotel. You can see orange and lemon trees everywhere along the road to the resort, so having fresh juice available seems like such a simple thing to offer.

The food was extremely repetitive. For example, on the day we arrived, there was a beef dish that looked like a stew. The same beef was then served with pasta for dinner, and again with rice for lunch the following day. There were no other beef options available.

The desserts looked beautiful, but they were always very similar and unfortunately quite tasteless. They looked much better than they tasted.

There was also no ice cream available by the beach, the machine appeared to be broken. Perhaps because it was the end of the season, fixing it was no longer a priority. Coke Zero was also unavailable, possibly for the same reason. These might seem like small details, but they are disappointing for a resort of this standard and price range.

Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful rooms that are spacious and very well equipped, and fantastic facilities throughout.

The choice of restaurants and bars is amazing, with such an extensive variety of food and drinks that there really is something for everyone.

What truly made our experience extra special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and cheerful at any time of the day. The level of service was genuinely top-notch.

Stayed on an all-inclusive basis and didn’t leave the hotel once during our four-day stay because we simply had everything we could possibly want. From the beautiful beach and pools to the restaurants, bars and facilities, everything was fantastic.

Nice big hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with amazing views.
Room very good.

Cons:

Since is a big hotel it is Impossible to schedule a dinner in one if la carte restaurant.
Had to schedule to use the sauna, don’t have to say that it was fully booked.
There was some mold in the sink of the bathroom
