Pros:
Close to the airport
Free parking / convenient for transit
Helpful staff in several cases (e.g. personal drive to airport, friendly shuttle driver)
Good breakfast reported by some guests
Some rooms/bathrooms described as clean and modern
Beds described as comfortable in multiple reviews
Cons:
Dirty/stained carpets and general lack of cleanliness in several rooms
No air conditioning in many rooms (problematic in summer)
Elevator issues or no elevator; stairs and carrying luggage
Maintenance problems (broken shower heads, holes in walls, broken hairdryer)
Inconsistent service (rude receptionist reported)
Limited minibar/drink availability; some room fridges not working
Rooms can be small, beds too close or twin instead of advertised queen

Categories

Cleanliness
6
Multiple reviews report very dirty carpets, stains and general lack of upkeep ("Teppich ist total versaut", spiders in fridge, stained carpet). Some bathrooms were described as clean/new, but overall cleanliness is below average.
Service
8.72
Service is inconsistent but often helpful: staff personally drove guests to the airport and some reception staff were friendly; however there are also reports of rudeness and limited assistance (iron only from reception, mixed receptionist experiences). Overall leans positive due to helpful actions during issues.
Location
8.72
Location is a clear strength — repeatedly praised for proximity to the airport and suitable for an overnight transit stay.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed room quality: some bathrooms were modern and clean, but many rooms are old, without air conditioning, have maintenance issues (broken shower head, holes in walls), small/twin beds instead of advertised beds, and stained carpets.
Amenities
6
Amenities are limited or problematic: frequent lack of air conditioning, elevator issues or no elevator, broken hairdryer, occasional shuttle failures, and limited minibar/drink availability.
Value for Money
8.72
Several guests note good price-quality for a one-night stay or airport stopover ("Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was goed", "No thrills - value for money"). Value is seen as strong for short stays despite shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
8.72
Breakfast receives positive mentions ("Great breakfast"), though beverage selection in the minibar/fridge was limited and a room fridge reportedly not working in one review.
Overall Experience
8.72
Overall the property is viewed as functional for an airport overnight: good location and decent value, but marred by cleanliness and amenity issues. Suitable for short stays rather than comfortable longer visits.

Perfecto hotel cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Unexpectedly Nice Stay!
Pros:

Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was great! Thai restaurant nearby is fantastic.

Cons:

The location isn't the prettiest, sort of an industrial/residential neighborhood and not the quietest.
