Holiday
Pros:

All I can say I liked was the beach being so close to the hotel

Cons:

Honestly I didn't like any of it my room was very small the toilet door kept hitting the shower wall I had no room to stretch my legs or sit comfortably the shower is small and the whole bathroom is awful. The bedroom I kept banging.into things I struggle with balance this didn't help. The bed wasn't comfy I suffered back pain throughout my stay it didn't help with me having curvature in my spine. It made it worse. The lift didn't always work I struggled to go up the stairs. I didn't get help taking my things to my room which would be nice. The price was way too much it would only be worth it if breakfast was included the rooms was dirty everywhere I even had stains on the bedding which wasn't nice to see. Not happy at all

Fantastic location and hotel
Pros:

I felt abit far out but the location was still fantastic if you wanted to be on the quieter side of Scarborough you have the best view though from the hotel you couldn't complain about that.
The hotel is big and stands out on it's own facing the beach a steady walk down to main road with easy access it is quiet steep but a lovely walk to afew shops and the front, there's also busses running every 15min from the north side on main road taking you to the south side you can walk to the south side but again it's quite steep from what i was told.
The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful the room was very clean 10/10 my 1 and only complaint is the pillows are to hard it left me with a bad neck for a week 😒
The buffet style breakfast was 10/10 maybe abit expensive but you can eat as much as you want so I guess it was good value for money (great sausages) i don't no what it is but people always have a thing about hotel sausages and these were spot on.
Only other thing that was frustrating the car park i didn't know you have to book a space there's limited spaces so when you book the hotel inquire about parking.
There is parking just on the side of the road facing hotel it's very close which is very safe and the hotel will give you a pass which was a £10 and well worth it 👌
Over all even though I had to leave early I'd definitely book again.

Thankyou for a pleasant stay very welcoming

Cons:

Just the pillows

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Room was quite small & on the top floor, Rather dated decor & furnishings but very clean, good bedding & adequately equipped.
Bathroom seemed newer & very clean. We paid for a sea view, & could see far out to sea & the headlands.
The floor was nice & quiet.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices.

Cons:

The lift, which we needed to get up to the top floor. We used the stairs to come down.
