We had a good stay, but I don’t think we could come again.
Pros:

The kids club was great. All of the staff were very fun and kind and my kids loved it. We also enjoyed the pools and beaches. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was fun having so many playgrounds.

Cons:

The food was just okay. The main restaurant was very chaotic. There were signs saying that parents were supposed to accompany their children to get food, but they almost never did. I saw so many kids touching food in an unsanitary way but the staff didn’t seem to care. For example, I saw a boy take one of the sticks for the chocolate fountain and continuously stick it it the chocolate, lick it, then stick it back in again. He did this probably 10 times before starting to stick his fingers in and lick them off instead. When I notified a staff member, she rudely laughed at me and said he could if he wanted to. This feels like it should be a health violation.

Wunderbares Familienhotel - direkt am Meer
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, der wunderschöne Blick auf das Meer direkt vom Bett aus. Das Speisenangebot war für sehr hochwertig und abwechslungsreich. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben für Kinder. Da die Rutschen und Schaukeln größtenteils in der Sonne positioniert sind, wäre eine Beschattung sinnvoll, damit Kinder diese auch an warmen Tagen nutzen können.

Se bomo še vrnili.
Pros:

Veliko aktivnosti za otroke, velika izbira hrane.

Cons:

Vzgojitelji niso znali slovenščine, kar je za otroke problem in verjamem, da so Slovenci pogosti gostje. Voda v notranjem bazenu ni bila ravno čista. Tudi tla okoli bazen niso bila tako čista. Vse rjasto, manjkali jaški.

Einfach spitze
Pros:

Buffet war in der Früh, mittag und am Abend perfekt- für alle was dabei ob groß oder klein die Auswahl von Speisen ist einfach außergewöhnlich. Haben wir damit nicht gerechnet. Poolanlagen spitze großes hotel aber man nimmt nicht wahr wieviel leute eigentlich hier sind. Strand sauber , liegenazswahl top und man findet immer irgendwo einen platz obwohl wir 12 Personen waren.

Pros:

Per i bambini è un vero paradiso, qualsiasi cosa si possa immaginare qui diventa realtà, penso se lo godano più dai due anni in poi. La spiaggia è letteralmente attaccata all’hotel, niente di stratosferico ma c’è la pineta ombreggiata e ventilata dove si sta davvero bene.

Cons:

Alla spiaggia hanno accesso tutti, infatti ci sono molti locali che si sistemano con i loro ombrelloni e asciugamani un po’ ovunque, tante volte letteralmente appiccicati agli ospiti dell’hotel… tante volte quindi risulta un po’ affollata anche perché non è enorme.
La pulizia delle stanze è piuttosto sommaria, a mio parere il welcome kit è un po’ carente (ad esempio no cotton fioc, no pettine, no salviette cotonate). L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata (si vedono in generale macchie su moquette e pareti sia in camera che nelle parti comuni).
Per noi il vero tasto dolente è sicuramente la cucina. Buffet dove gira e rigira ci sono sempre le stesse cose, frutta e verdura di bassissima qualità (non sanno assolutamente di nulla), pesce a mio parere terribile e i primi pure. Gli extra sono talvolta molto cari (1 gintonic 17€). Certo per il prezzo speravo in una qualità maggiore al ristorante.

Cons:

Kun småpirk: Kunne hatt kaffe til lunsj. Ganske mye trengsel under måltidene. Kunne hatt et lite marked hvor man kunne få kjøpt litt snacks og drikke. Ellers var alt supert.

Skvelý hotel pre deti a radi sa vrátime
Pros:

Personál milý ústretový a usmiaty. Jedlo fantastické. Služby na profesionálnej úrovni. Prostredie a starostlivosť o zeleň úžasná

Дуже приємний відпочинок
Pros:

Сподобалось абсолютно все. Почнемо з того, що це суто дитячий готель і для відпочинку без дітей він категорично не підходить. Сервіс відповідав рівню готеля 4*: скрізь чисто, прибирання в номері було швидке і зручне для нас, ми повертались зі сніданку і вже було прибрано. Рушників багато, вішаків в шафі багато, капці, чайник. Номер великий, а ванна кімната величезна. Харчування повний пансіон: все смачне, все продумано так, що дитина 4+ може сама собі взяти їжу. Асортимент страв добре продуманий, тому мої діти знайшли для себе багато всього окрім картоплі фрі та нагетсів. Пляж камʼянистий: обовʼязково беріть спец взуття всій родині. Але море чисте, дуже приємне. В середині червня проблем знайти місце на пляжі жодного разу не було. На парковці завжди було багато авто, але місце вдавалось знайти. Рекомендую цей готель, він зручний для сімей з маленькими дітьми.
